El edificio está muy cerca de la Estación de metro King Cross, con parada de bus justo enfrente, en zona con variedad gastronómica, markets y comercios diversos. Tiene doble puerta de entrada con tarjeta magnética también para el ascensor. Tuvimos un apartamento prolijo con dos dormitorios: uno espacioso con placard y balcón, mientras que el otro fue incómodo porque está separado del comedor por un tabique que no llega al techo, además hay solo una repisa para ropa y da hacia una calle muy ruidosa. Living-comedor + una kitchinette completa. Un baño con ducha. Buena señal WiFi. Limpieza adecuada, pero la realizan semanalmente; no obstante, proveen elementos de higiene, lavavajillas y lavarropas. Reservamos por Booking. Como el edificio no tiene recepción, coordinamos con un encargado el horario de ingreso, nos dejó su contacto y para el check out solo pidió que dejásemos las llaves dentro del depto y nos fuéramos sin más trámite. La tarifa fue la más elevada de los alojamientos que reservé en Australia, aunque acorde a lo que es Sídney. Estuvimos bastante cómodos, especialmente por la ubicación.
