The primary bedroom, and both of the top floor bedrooms have access to a balcony overlooking the 5 acre pond. The bottom floor has a kitchen, dining area, and large living space that allows everyone to gather together. The deck, which overlooks the pond, has a gas powered grill. The lower deck has a fire pit for unwinding at night. Three of the bathrooms have showers, and the primary has a shower and a tub. Property is just under an hour north of McKinney/Frisco/Allen.
