Rooms are brand-new, good accomodations, nice lounge, good coffee. it is a very easy hotel to get to, since it is near one of the main highways (BR 381), right next to a shopping center. Drinking water in the rooms are a courtesy. Free parking. It has WiFi access from the rooms, but it is a bit unstable, but fair. During my stay, the hotel was having problems with the water heating system. It was kind of hard to take a shower in the morning, but bearable. The staff appologized to me and informed that they are doing their best to fix the issue.

The hotel has a pleasant style outside and at the reception, the service was good, however, not everything is flowers. It is unconceivable that a hotel in this door has rooms with a fan (in this case it was my error not to see this in the room choice). I had to turn off the shower, fearing that the water would go to the bathroom.Another disappointment was the very soft bed, considering my column requires a stronger bed. Other guests may consider it appropriate!!! . I hope you helped.

Well located hotel with wide parking and covered vagues that helps when it is raining and in the days of heat not to leave the car very hot, soft lift, wide and well-modern rooms, The hotel has hot water in the washroom which is rare in the region. Only the TV that is desired in the quantity of channels and in control but if you don't call it good. I have a freezer in the room and air conditioning (in my choice had). In the last floors you have a good view of Pouso or balcony in the case of special rooms, and I will return to the hotel.

O quarto não era exatamente como na foto mas isso não atrapalhou em nada, visto que era muito confortável e tinha tudo o que precisávamos. Tivemos um problema com insetos que foi prontamente solucionado pela recepção. O Room service funciona perfeitamente e foi um ponto muito alto na estadia, visto que a maioria dos hotéis não oferece mais esse serviço. O café da manhã é extremamente completo, com variedade de pães, bolos, frios, salgados, doces, frutas e sucos, nos surpreendemos positivamente com a qualidade de tudo que comemos. A área de lazer também superou as expectativas. Vivemos ótimos momentos neste hotel e com certeza indicaremos para todo mundo!

Hotel ótimo! Estivemos hospedados, meu marido e eu, minha mãe e meu pai e foi excelente! Quartos grandes, com TV, frigobar, ar condicionado, cama enorme e muito confortável, ainda possui carpete, mas acredito que logo será substituído. Banheiro com ducha muito boa, mas não possui ducha higiênica, há bidês nos banheiros, mas não os vejo como muito higiênicos, por isso não utilizamos. Estacionamento incluído na diária. Em questão de lazer, oferece piscina, sauna, sala de musculação, sala de brinquedos para as crianças etc. O café da manhã também é ótimo com grande variedade e tudo muito gostoso! Recomendamos e voltaríamos com certeza!

We chose the Summit for a night of stop on the north coast of São Paulo, we stayed in a spacious four-room room, there were no towels in the room, but the reception attended. Negative points: cleansing with desired points (rejects, dust and sleeves) and poor conservation status (infiltration into the walls, box clothing). The hotel has been able to stay the night but needs to improve the physical structure and service.
