我第一次入住這麼差的維也納！！！
辦理入住的前台，在我多次説明很早就在攜程上預訂了，又出示了預訂訊息後很久才找到我的訂單，可見業務熟練度。且服務意識極差，我18:00點多辦理的入住，也提出希望能安排安靜的房間，卻給了兩個最靠邊的房間（我懷疑給我降級了，安排的是標準大床房），還有一個房間小的可憐，衹能放一個牀頭櫃，沙發也沒有。前來查看衞生的人員，儘管道歉了並快速和協助更換了房間（N多空房），卻對各種問題找理由和藉口進行掩飾。
房間不僅小，窗户拉手壞的，沒法鎖死；房間隔音極差，走廊的説話聲，隔壁用水的流水聲都清晰明瞭；能充電的一側沒有牀頭櫃，有牀頭櫃的一側，要將牀頭櫃搬開才能充電；新換的房間，馬桶搖搖晃晃，USB充電是壞的；淋浴房的門關不緊，洗澡時很多水濺到外面；衞生間奇臭無比，一是排氣扇功率太小，形同虛設，另一個原因是地漏蓋和淋浴間和排水沒有防臭功能。承諾的刮鬍刀也不見蹤影。
床上用品根本沒有洗乾淨，枕套床單全是污漬；地毯、瓷磚及淋浴間，感覺每天的清潔衹是流於形式。
早餐的種類和口味不談，説説餐具。餐具是密胺餐具，很多邊沿因高温消毒發黃、發黑甚至已經碳化；密胺材質高温質變過程中會分解產生三聚氰胺和甲醛等有害物質。瓷都景德鎮就在隔壁，用秤秤的便宜餐具，再怎麼消毒也不會分解有害物質。
房間狹小，設施陳舊，服務極差，衞生稀爛。@維也納總經理及管理人員，以上問題絕大部分都很容易解決，為什麼沒人管呢，每天都在遊鄱陽湖？@攜程，這麼差的酒店評分為什麼這麼高？你們要給一個合理的解釋。

這次入住體驗超棒！酒店有超大停車場，停車毫無壓力 ，對自駕出行的人太友好。房間寬敞明亮，佈局合理，住起來很舒服。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，熱菜、糕點、水果新鮮又美味 ，開啟活力滿滿的一天。下次還來！
