服務非常的差，非常的差，非常的差。
環境設施都非常好，但是服務非常的差，千萬不要訂這家酒店，入住的時候，酒店跟你收保證金500波蘭幣，但是退的時候，沒有前台，所以不會退現金給你，而是要留銀行賬户，酒店告知，在你退房之後才會打給你，但是我等了兩個月，都沒有把保證金退還給我，中間打電話沒人接，發郵件不迴應，找攜程也處理很久。很麻煩。
