All impression was spoiled by one man who shouldn't be allowed to work with customers. After a long drive, tired, pregnant, we arrived to the hotel, went to the reception, I said I would like to check in, and the man at the reception said - 'the check in time is 3 pm' and pointed his finger at the wall clock. It was 20 min to 3 pm!! Not 1 pm, not 10 am, but 20 min to the check in time. Usually, polite staff who respect their guests would say - 'I will check if the room is ready for you, if not - you can leave your luggage and we will contact you as soon as the room is ready'. But what we heard there was ridiculous. Surely, he gave us the key and we went up to the room, but that absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Super hotelik. Dobra lokalizacja a jednak w cichej okolicy. Świetny recepcjonista, barman i kelner w jednej osobie :-) Pyszne jedzenie w restauracji. Pokój hotelowy bardzo duży. Mały minus za złamany wąż pod prysznicem. Pokoje czyste.
