This is the second year we are visiting Val di Fassa. We decided to come back to Poza, because we were amazed by everything this family hotel has to offer. Great rooms, good food, clean amaneties, a great miniclub were they entertain children and per request go with them to the ski school, a nice SPA were you can relax, friendly and helpfull staff. We stayed for a entire week and although there were days were the hotel was fully booked with lots of families with small children and the noise could be a little bit more then adults are used to, it is something you might expect in a family hotel. We will come back for sure! Thank you, Gran Baita Family Hotel for another great vacation!

We stayed four days at the hotel and it was great! The position is very close to public transportation and also to the ski slopes. The food was very tasty and served perfectly, the breakfast was varied and the coffee was incredible. They also have a spa which is very nice and clean, with a hot tub, big saunas and a relaxing room. The rooms are clean and comfortable, we loved the terrace which had a great view to the mountains. The staff were great, very professional and always with a smile on their faces. Fabrizio, the manager of the hotel is great, very competent and willing to help you with everything he can. We can’t wait to return and stay a little longer!

We stayed here in winter 2024 and we were skiing. Hotel with good location close to two ski areas - Val di Fassa (part of Sella ronda) and Vigo di Fassa - Ciampedie. Great food, friendly staff, great for families with children, ski bus to both lifts, complete satisfaction. Half board with afternoon snacks - perfect.

First of all the staff was very friendly en helpfull. The owner gave us very good tips for the hikes high in the mountains. The staff in the restaurant and bar very friendly with everything. Last but not least the food was excellent. The dinner, breakfast and the four o clock tapas

From the first moments of a warm welcome at the reception to the natural friendliness of all personnel, our stay was rendered as convivial as possible. Everything a family needs for its wellbeing is taken care of: ski facilities, catering, kids Miniclub and wellness. We‘ll be back!

My family and I booked to stay at this hotel for 2 weeks in February 2023 and paid in full via ***********. A month after booking and after finalising our travel arrangements, we received an email saying they were increasing the rate and would cancel our booking within 72 hours if we didn’t pay the increased rate. It seems they realised they could make more money over the school holiday period than what they originally charged us. Unfortunately, we couldn’t afford to pay the higher rate and it resulted in our booking being cancelled. Very poor customer service from the hotel and ***********.

L’hotel dove speri di arrivare quando organizzi una vacanza. Accogliente, pulito, confortevole, con servizi e attenzione al cliente encomiabili. Il direttore Fabrizio e i suoi collaboratori sono molto disponibili e premurosi. Mezza pensione molto soddisfacente (con inclusa la merenda al pomeriggio). Area bimbi ben attrezzata e con personale addetto che li intrattiene. Una Spa con area relax è la ciliegina sulla torta di un hotel dove tornare e sentirsi coccolati.
