Hotel in posizione centrale e con ampio parcheggio, personale molto educato e gentile. Colazione più che sufficiente. Camera molto essenziale ma pulita, la nota dolente se così vogliamo dire e che la struttura avrebbe bisogno di una importante ristrutturazione ed anche gli arredi delle camere rivisti, nel complesso, se non si hanno grandi pretese ci si può accontentare ad un prezzo accessibile a tutti.

Abbiamo alloggiato con i bambini di scuola primaria dal 15 al 17 maggio. Siamo stati accolti da tutto il personale della struttura con la massima gentilezza e disponibilità. Ogni nostra richiesta è stata prontamente esaudita, persino dei cambi camere e cambio menu. Camere ampie con condizionatore, frigo e tv a schermo piatto.Bagni ristrutturati. Sale comuni piacevoli e confortevoli. Molto buona la cucina. Hotel dove ritornare con piacere.

Sono passati un pò di anni dall'ultimo soggiorno al Santa Marta ed ero sicuro che non sarei rimasto deluso. Sono stato accolto dal gentilissimo ed impeccabile Sig. Fulvio che mi ha riconosciuto come vecchio cliente e mi ha dato la disponibiltà di una camera al secondo piano con bagno rifatto e molto luminosa e spaziosa. il personale tutto è disponibile e professionale ed immediato nel soddisfare anche piccole esigenze. Alla Signora Giulia avevo fatto presente che si erano scaricate le batterie del telecomando TV ed immediatamente me ne ha date di nuove. Possono sembrare sciocchezze ma anche i piccoli gesti sono significativi nella buona riuscita del soggiorno e a tal proposito voglio citare anche la Signora Ilaria alla quale più volte ho chiesto di dare precedenza alla pulizia della mia camera e lei senza battere ciglio l'ha fatto tranquillamente. L'avevo già detto in passato e lo riconfermo. L'Hotel santa Marta lo consiglio per la posizione, per la facilità di collegamento alla città di napoli e dintorni e per l'ottimo servizio che offre, grazie al suo personale adeguatamente istruito. Dimenticavo di dire che si fa anche una ottima colazione.

Dovendo andare a Pozzuoli per servizio ed essendo l'unico in zona la scelta è stata obbligata. Come si passa la moderna reception e si sale nelle camere ci si ritrova negli anni '80, da cui escluderei solo la TV a schermo piatto (di marca conosciuta solo in Burundi) ed il clima. Purtroppo la cassaforte elettronica non funzionava (ci è stata data la chiave), idem per clima e TV (sostituite le pile). Certe mancanze fanno immaginare che l'afflusso di clienti sia poco. Bagno in linea con quello dei peggiori bar di Caracas (trovato asciugsmano sporco). Materaso decente, cuscino no. Partito prestissimo, niente colazione e nemmeno un caffè al bar dietro la reception. Viaggiando con una Mercedes GLA, forse era meglio dormire in auto...

Abbiamo avuto un imprevisto e ci siamo fermati in questa struttura per due notti, io mio marito e i nostri due cagnolini che sono stati accolti con molta disponibilità. Struttura che offre un parcheggio privato nel cortile, uno spazio all'aperto con tavoli, camera grande e molto pulita. Ci è stato portato subito un piccolo frigorifero in camera e tutti molto gentili. Anche per la colazione abbondante e di qualità, infatti ho notato che il cappuccino della macchinetta, che a me di solito non piace molto, era ottimo!! Se capiteremo nuovamente a Pozzuoli torneremo sicuramente in questo albergo, tutti molto gentili... Ci siamo sentiti davvero i benvenuti, complimenti

Viaggio di famiglia, abbiamo prenotato 5 camere. Sporco da per tutto, niccia di polvere ogni dove, anche nel vano delle scale, muffa e lenzuola sporchi. Una cosa così mai vista.Mi dispiace per i dipendenti, ma la direzione non effettua controlli?

Un po’ datato negli arredi , ma per niente male. Colazione buona e ricca, personale gentile . Anche la mia cagnolina è’ stata accolta volentieri . Ampio parcheggio interno . Ci ritornerei sicuramente!
