We came back because we loved the atmosphere and the style of this hotel. The fact that it's adjacant to the pistes is another big plus. Breakfast is ok. We took dinner in restaurants across village. Enough decent choices.

We stayed with a motorbiker group for 5 nights. In summer it was nice to be in the cooler climate in the altitude. Rooms are nice, service is good. We typically had diner on the terrace, thast was very nice. Iwould recommend Marmotel for groups as our with 12 persons.

Stayed at the Marmotel with two young children. I would 100% recommend. It says the hotel is a 3* but if you take into account the location next to the slopes, ease of getting to the lifts and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff I would give it much, much higher. Breakfast is excellent and all you need for a good start to the day (decent coffee too, which is important for me)! Rooms are cleaned daily, fresh towels when needed, water everyday, comfortable beds, warm radiators for drying gloves, lovely views. Relaxed seating area with a log fire for the evenings. The resort is very friendly and has been perfect for our first family ski trip. Being so close to the slopes has been essential for a stress free and most enjoyable holiday. Lessons have gone well. The Marmotel has offered more than we were expecting and have genuinely had the most wonderful staff in all areas of the hotel (reception, bar, breakfast, ancillary).

Hotel in the ski area with great value for money in summer. We were passing through on our motorbikes for one night and would stay here again anytime. At least in the holiday months of July and August there is a lot going on here. In June it is completely dead, I don't think you can even get anything to eat up there on the mountain.

I have been staying at the Marmotel every winter for over 10 years. I have never been so badly received, the rooms have never been so dirty... What a shame to see this beautiful establishment deteriorate like this... A real disappointment.

Super séjour en demi pension au marmotel. L'hôtel est très beau, les chambres très confortables, et le petit déjeuner ainsi que le buffet du dîner sont extrêmement bons et variés. Par ailleurs, le personnel est vraiment sympathique et disponible. Mention spéciale pour les cocktails surprises d'Allan qui sont incroyablement bons. Je recommande largement cet hôtel au pied des pistes.

3ème et dernière année qu’on y séjourne ! Les chambres ne sont disponibles qu’à 16h !!! On a dû attendre 3h avant de pouvoir les récupérer ! Dans les chambres : -Les draps sont plein de poils (regardez les illustrations, puisque faut le voir pour le croire). -Ils ont supprimé les petites bouteilles d’eau et la bouilloire. -La cafetière est entartrée à l’extrême : quasi impossible de se faire un café. -Ils ont supprimé le soin corps à volonté et l’ont remplacé par une mini bouteille de crème. -À 23h côté piste ils rangent le mobilier de terrasse, un plaisir quand on a skié 4h dans la journée et qu’on est fatigués. Au restaurant : -Le soir, toute la nourriture est infecte, froide quand on s’apprête à manger. Seuls le fromage et les yaourts Yoplait sont mangeables. C’est donc bien moins bon qu'à la cantine et surtout beaucoup plus cher (35 € le repas). -Il y a des éléments surgelés (pains, desserts entre autres). -La vaisselle n’est presque pas lavée (faudrait peut-être songer à changer le lave-vaisselle), verres bouillants. Je vous laisse les belles illustrations puisque faut le voir pour le croire. -Il faut une frontale pour y voir le soir. -Les vitres sont sales mais ça c’est un détail. Dans l’hôtel : Pas de formules de politesse de la part du personnel de l’accueil ou du bar. Un personnel quasi totalement désabusé. L’addition au bar est digne du Café de Paris à Monaco. L’extérieur côté piste est souvent verglacé et après avoir parlé à la patronne rien n’a été fait. (Je suis déjà tombée à pied l’année dernière).

J'ai séjourné 2 nuits à l'hôtel le Marmotel front de pistes à Praloup, un vrai plaisir. Accueil très agréable de la part des réceptionnistes et de la directrice. Accueil et lounge très cosy et chaleureux avec une bonne odeur de feu de cheminée, idéal pour l'heure de l'apéro ou une crêpe autour d'un jeu en famille. Le spa est très appréciable avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes de l'Ubaye. La situation de l'hôtel est au top avec des enfants, front de pistes avec accès direct sur la piste des sorbiers, proximité immédiate pour récupérer les forfaits de ski, l'office de tourisme, partenariat avec le loueurs de matériel. Demi-pension : - Petit déjeuner en buffet, très varié, autant en sucré qu'en salé - Dîner en buffet également, également riche et varié. Le soleil était au rendez-vous, hâte de repartir l'année prochaine.
