What a discovery. We went as a few friends, got in level 5 with Martina who was such a great guide. We had a blast. Met people from California, Argentina. I really appreciated the lunches on the mountain in those hidden jewels. The food was absolutely amazing. From pasta, pizza, fishes going through obviously raclettes and fondues. We went to France one day with the other level 5 groups and came back by coach (bus) it was such a great adventure. Our last night with our group, we took our guide out for dinner at a restaurant called Molinos, it’s walking distance from the Club Med. Amazing pizza, family owned restaurant. It is a must to go! The entertainment in the bar was super fun, even outside on those sunny days. I recommend Pragelato-Sestriere to everyone. Thinking of going back there next year. The lodging is great too, they are rustic chalets with bedrooms in them. It was so much fun.

Quaint mountain village vibe, fun Club Med music and après ski. Great food, nice skiing despite lack of Snow. Love the ski in run at the end of the day. Our level 4 guide Robbie (Roberto) was just perfect and showed us the hest runs and spots. And the added value of included mountains restaurants (3) was a nice bonus. There are several category rooms so choose carefully. But even the smallest rooms are well equipped. Choose C2+ or higher. Just 2h40 from Milan Airport, easy roads. Skiing in France was also fun. Big day !

This was our first club med holiday after being referred by a friend. I was blown away. This was the most enjoyable, hassle free family ski holiday ever. It exceeded expectations. Food was insane - soooooo good. Great variety and always fresh pasta, meats, cheeses. Food is normally what lets a holiday down for me but there was always a drink or food on offer and the quality was exceptional. I have never seen all inclusive food and drink done this well. Kids club drop off was easy and organised. Kids ski school was great. They tried to keep English speakers with other English speakers which i think is a bit comforting for the younger kids. Service throughout the holiday was good/informative. I hope the other club med resorts are as good as this as we are 'sold' and will 100% be booking another club med ski holiday. Thank you!

Food cold, service horrendous. Had to eat at a local family run restaurant just down the road to get hot decent food. Even breakfast was cold, had to heat up in a microwave before eating. Staff did not care about our concerns. Had two themed restaurants that no one knew when they were open!! Ski equipment felt like it was at least 5 seasons old. I would definitely avoid this hotel.

Club Med Pregelato is fantastic. The village is beautiful and has such character. The food was incredible. Our ski guide, Francesco, was amazing and brought such humour to our days while remaining absolutely professional and looking after our safety as his priority at all times. Being able to eat at mountain restaurants was also a huge win and the food and hospitality again was incredible. Overall an amazing week

This was my first time to Pragelto Sestriere but my 21st Club Med ski holiday. Our flight was on the Club Med charter into Grenoble. Due to the Frejus tunnel being closed we had a very long transfer to the resort . The return journey was much faster as the tunnel had re-opened by our departure date. The layout of the club is unusual with a central hub consisting of the restaurants, bars and ski room. Accommodation is in small chalet style buildings dotted around the site. These are connected to the hub by cobbled paths which are beginning to break up in places but were kept clear of snow and ice. Walking around was not an issue but it does mean that everyone brings coats to meals etc. Our room was fairly basic and I'm not sure I would classify it as 4 Trident. We had a comfortable bed but the room was quite sparse with little storage and a quite dated shower which although powerful and hot was suffering from a bit of mould. The main bar was good and quite cosy but by the end of week was running out of certain drinks. Restaurant was nice with separate areas each with a slightly different decor. We never had an issue finding somewhere to sit and the food was good and plentiful although we have had better in other resorts. One thing to note is that the coffee from the machines is not good - very very strong and bitter. We tried the swimming pool one afternoon and found it to be rather cold so didn't linger long. Others reported the same thing. We never queued for the cable car and we enjoyed the red run back to the resort - beginners may find it a bit of a struggle. Ski area in general was lovely - great snow and not crowded at all. Loads of great mountain restaurants for coffee breaks. Club Med mountain restaurant was well positioned and served good food at lunchtime if you didn't want to head back to Pragelato. Ski area does have fast lifts but these are offset by a number of key lifts being old and very slow. There are also some strange links such as coming back from the French sector where the chair lift does not go high enough so you then have to take a drag lift and a magic carpet where you have to take your skis off ! We found the GO's to be a bit remote - I had no idea that there were dedicated GO's for the Gold members at Pragelato until I saw them manning an arrival desk on the day we left. When we visited Samoens in January we were introduced to and were looked after by two GO's for the week. So all in all a good trip and we are glad that we tried Club Med Pragelto but it may not be one that we will return to.

Club is good. But not for ski begginers. Not many slopes for begginers. No green routes at all. The begginers group of club med had between 8 to 14 people with one guide. Impposible to start learning like this. When the advanced groups had 2 to 4 people. It is not in/out ski. At least not for begginers. A bus to sestriere is needed. Waste a lot of time. Bus goes only 4 time a day and not in known hours. Other than that - club is good. GMs are great. Food and atmosphere was good. Facilties are nice. Team was great and helpful. Pool had cold water - immposible to use it during winter.
