It was midnight when we left, and the front desk asked me to pay the room fee again. We communicated repeatedly and said that we had paid it, and sent them the conformation email. In short, it took a long time to let us go, and finally delayed my tax refund time. Then the hotel service staff are actually quite professional. Then their hot spring experience is very, very good, and the staff are also very enthusiastic. But the room window cannot be opened, and the toilet exhaust system is not good and stuffy. Although the staff are very cute, I don't recommend this hotel.

The design of the room is totally out of place. The key is the service. It took a long time to check in. I tried to swipe the card twice and they said it was unsuccessful. The bellhop stole my three packs of cigarettes and took a 20 euro bill. They all seemed to want a tip.
