Why did such an expensive hotel give me a side corner? And the facilities inside are not consistent with the pictures. The service staff did not tell me that there was a separate menu to order from, which resulted in insufficient food supply for breakfast the next day! ! ! ! Bad review!

At first, I thought I was staying in a castle, which was also a 5-star hotel. It was very cost-effective. But when I arrived, I felt that there was a big gap. Maybe it was a local 5️⃣-star hotel. I was given a loft-like room. I was not satisfied with it, but the front desk service was very good. In the morning The smell of baking bread woke me up

Wow. Everything and everyone here are brilliant. From the moment we arrived and were greeted with arrival drinks at reception. It got better and better. The staff are so attentive with every detail attended to. Our room and surroundings were beautifully furnished and super clean. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Thank you Dan for our guided tour and history lesson. Thank you Nurbek for being so friendly and attentive. You will go far in life. All in all, one of the most pleasant few days away from home.

Where to begin... what a wonderful experience from start to finish. The trip was for my partners birthday as Prague is her favourite city, and also a surprise proposal. We were greeted at the door by the butler Norbek who welcomed us to the hotel, took our bags and took us to check in. I think it was Anne (we weren't able to confirm at departure) who checked us in and was very friendly and welcoming and offered us a beverage as we went through everything). Norbek then took us on a tour of the facilities before taking us to our room, which was absolutely amazing, and then bringing us our drinks that we didn't get through at check in. We didn't attend breakfast on the first morning, but when asking for some milk to the room Norbek bought up some croissants as well. After the planned opportunity to propose at the castle that morning never materialised, we had planned to have an evening Jaccuzi and remembered that on the tour of the facilities Norbek had mentioned they could make up the spa and jacuzzi area to be extra romantic if we wanted. So I spoke with him and Olesia on reception about doing so and why, and they promised to make it extra special. When we returned that evening Caroline was on duty and mentioned everything would be ready shortly and when I saw what they had all prepared it was amazing... rose petals leading from the door, room lit by loads of candles and some prosecco waiting. I was able to surprise my partner when she came down and happy to report she said yes and was equally blown away by the efforts everyone had made. Caroline had even gone back to our room to set up a lovely treat and congratulations note which has gone in our keep sake box. The next day we were surprised to find at breakfast we were the only guest left so Norbek had set up breakfast just for us and I caught up with him later to express my thanks for everything he had done for us, especially as Caroline had mentioned he was fairly new there. Olesia handled out check out later that day and I was able to convey my thanks for her part in everything as well and she offered to look after our bags until later as our flight wasn't until the evening, so we were able to take a wonder around town without them. I would thoroughly recommend the Alchamist Castle Suite Hotel to anyone looking add something extra to their stay in Prague and you will not be disappointed. Once again a massive thank you to EVERYONE who made our stay as amazing as it was and an extra special thank you to Norbek, especially considering he's only been there a month, you sir are a legend and an asset to the hotel.

The Alchemist Castle Suites is the nearby sister hotel to The Achemist Grand Hotel and Spa, but in a quiter tucked-away side street in a classy area next to embassies. The hotel has relatively few rooms/suites but they are as seen in the hotel website, roomy and very comfortable. The service, given the small 'boutique' feel of the hotel is excellent. The spa options are well worth taking up. Many thanks to our host Viktoria who made sure our stay was perfect and gave superb advice on places to eat in the local area. You're left with the general impression the staff will do everything they can to help you have a great stay in Prague. Car service to/from the airport is timely, professional and relaxing, just what you need.

This is the second time we've been to The Alchymist. I feel like we get the royal treatment while we're there. They have great boutique rooms, it's great situated - five minutes walk from Charles Bridge, and the service is impeckable. We will be back!

I have been in 12 countries in less than 2 years. This is the most unique and impressive stay to date, and I will tell you why. Firstly, ***last time I stayed in Prague*** I had to be in a different hotel, a sterile corporate chain. It was fine but the corporate hotel chain added nothing to the Prague experience: it was crowded, and small bathroom, and pillows that gave me the ick -- again, a corporate hotel -- last time. Everything changed when I stayed at the Alchymist. My observations: 1. Martina, the manager sets a professional but warm and authentic tone. Any staff you meet follows her example. From the prosecco at check in, to allowing a bit later checkout (if they can, they will), I enjoyed her assistance. 2. The room exceeds expectations; it is expansive and luxurious. You can trust the online photos. 3. My friends tease me that I am a "pillow fiend." This bed was as nice as mine at home (my bed is my big splurge). Bed linens and bath linens, robes, slippers, are Ritz Carlton level quality (which is where I stayed before this, in Hungary). 4. There are complimentary treats in the room. Chocolates at night. If you need more snacks, use the honor bar. 5. Breakfast surprisingly has the possibility of just about anything you could want, for a place with few rooms. Everything is to the right standard. I love the coffee machine to get any type of coffee you want. The charming woman who cooked my eggs one morning was wanting to cook again, but there was so much on the buffet I needed to try. She wants you to be happy. 6. Location, location, location. There will be a QR code in your suite that gives you lots of tourist tips and suggestions. If you are new to Prague, use it. Also, ask Martina et.al. to arrange your transport. I learned the hard way about taxi drivers who are bullies and thieves in Prague.-- Google it. 7. There is no improvement needed here.

Lovely rooms, beautiful old decor, fantastic location, and a very reasonable price. There's a lot to like about this place, and I'd definitely recommend it, but I do have 2 pretty big complaints: 1. the water pressure in the shower is absolutely terrible, and 2. the curtain in my room just didn't cover the window at all, so I woke up super early: if you're light sensitive like me, you won't be able to sleep (this was in the "Ruby" room, not sure if they're all like this). Also, I thought breakfast was a little disappointing, and I don't really like the system of having to pre-order the night before and specify a time-slot.
