Centrally located in old town Prague near all main tourist attractions. Large apartment with two spacious rooms and a kitchen with a dining area. Parking (on street) included. Portable a/c units available. Staff were fine (some more accommodating than others). Recommended.

A clean refurbished room, with a new bathroom on the second floor. We had a balcony which looked onto Karlova the street which connects the Charles Bridge to the old town. It’s a lively exciting part of town so there is noise but we slept fine, occasional use of ear plugs helped. The staff were great and helpful. If returning to Prague I would not hesitate to use the Royal Road residence.

Clean, spacious, central, welcoming, friendly and extremely good service. Will choose this place for our next stay in Prague. Close to the Charles Bridge, to a great number of restaurants, to the Tiger bar. Of course you stay in the middle of everything, so do not expect it to be noise free. A city ambience is part of the wonderful atmosphere here. Starbucks is the next door neighbour but you can serve yourself with coffee in the reception any time. Although check-in was at 14, we could leave our luggage in the reception since we landed early. Great service altogether.

Location couldn't possibly be more central. But the apartment was still quiet. Big rooms and everything worked very well. Very friendly staff and possibility to leave luggage after check out was excellent. Our stay was very good and would come back.

Amazing location in the centre of old town Easy walking access to all places Super clean and very spacious apartment with excellent views Very friendly and helpful staff Metal gated entrance next to Starbucks and no problem in finding the location Very functional lifts so don’t have to worry about stairs Very comfortable king size beds Plenty of towels, toiletries Very good WiFi access After long days of sightseeing and walking around we were off to sleep with not much bothering by the noise considering people go out at night- ear plugs are provided if needed

On the plus side, there are new appliances throughout the apartment as well as basic foodstuffs in the kitchen area. Also, it is centrally located; but it is difficult to find. The entrance is in the back of a crowded souvenir shop and there is no street sign. There is no natural light and noise from the shop downstairs is loud. The apartment was listed as ground level, but it was up a flight of stars. Not what I expected. I want to include that, although it is the same address, the photos on Tripadvisor look NOTHING like the place I stayed.
