Prague is a totally amazing city. lt’s a shame we were let down by the accommodation. When booking, it was stated that the apartment is accessible by lift, is one level and wheelchair friendly. It was meant to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathroom a balcony, dvd player and sound system. When we arrived we found that we could take the lift part way then had to walk up steep steps. The apartment was only 2 bed and 2 bath with a makeshift bedroom on another floor on the mezzanine which was open for all to see. No balcony, no dvd player, no sound system. When questioning the renter they stayed that the heating was broken so we had to be moved. There was no message to inform us of this or that stairs would be involved. As a group of friends traveling, one had mobility issues which made it very difficult to mobilise. Only on questioning did they offer some money back. This did not help as it made it difficult for my friend to go and come which meant we could not come back in the afternoon to rest as we had wanted to. Instead they have accused me of wanting a huge discount without knowing the circumstances. Then blamed me for not stating mobility needs. If you have advertised that if is wheelchair accessible and all on one level with lift access we didn’t feel the need to say anything. I feel that if we have not said anything they would have just charged us for a bigger apartment and kept the money. I was absolutely disgusted with being accused of something when they didn’t have the decency to contact me to inform of the change to confirm this would still be suitable. Would not recommend them to anyone. Place was also unkept
