During my trip to Prague, I stayed at Akcent Hotel, and it was an excellent choice. The location was perfect — right next to a metro station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made sure I had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the comfortable bed after long days of sightseeing. Staying at Akcent Hotel definitely made my Prague experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

I found bedbug on the bed. Room number is 7-115
I spent 3 nights in the hotel and I noticed an insect on the pillow at the first night. I had no idea the insect is a bedbug at that time until I left the hotel and felt itchy. When I was in the airport, I search online what happened . I found that the insect was a bedbug. I also remembered there are several blood mark on the bed sheet. At that time I assured I met with bedbug

Awesome area and place to stay in Prague. Walkable to places of attractions or hop onto the trams that brings you around various parts of Prague. If you drive, this is probably the best priced hotel with a very safe parking garage. Note that parking fees are charged separately. There is a bus service 191 around the corner from and to the airport. Reception and housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful.

The location is very good. It is near the tram stop and bus stop for the airport. There is a little dust on the sofa and in the nooks of the room. The hair dryer is not very good, if you have long hair you will need at least half an hour to dry it. The management system is not very good, before I checked out, someone knocked and opened my room door at 9 a.m. (check out time is 12 p.m.) I didn't know who it was but I thought it was the housekeeper. However, the receptionist is very nice and you can leave your luggage after checking out.

The hotel service is generally okay, but one thing needs improvement: the address on Google Maps needs to be confirmed again, because if you copy it directly to Uber, it will go to the other side.
In addition, I would like to especially praise John, a friend from Uganda. When I first arrived, it was almost early in the morning, hungry and tired. He greeted me very kindly and friendly, and told me that I could download a takeout app and order it to the restaurant to enjoy. It was really considerate.

Fantastic hotel. Really clean, quiet and the staff were very helpful. Nice breakfast included too.
It's located close to the tram that runs across the river into Old Town and the train station, and a bus stops close by that takes about 50 minutes to/from the airport.

Nice hotel in a good style. Rooms nicely decorated, intimate atmosphere. We got a room for people with disabilities, so we had a shower curtain in the shower. I consider this a minus because the water was pouring out onto the bathroom. Also a small minus for the sewage pipes, you could hear the sounds of water flowing from the neighbors' toilet with its contents in the room. Few parking spaces, but we managed to find a place. The bed was very comfortable. We missed a fridge and a kettle in the room. And no cabinets. The hotel is close to the metro station. The area is very nice. A grocery store is nearby. Overall, a very successful stay, I recommend Zleep Hotel

The location of the hotel is excellent, walking to various scenic spots. Quiet in the middle of noisy, suitable for rest, historic houses, but comfortable and beautiful. A family lives, two rooms, spacious. Prague is a city worth coming again. If you come again, this hotel is worth staying again.

CCchiang8888Don't consider other hotels, this one is definitely your best choice in Prague, the price is right, the room is comfortable, the washroom is clean and spacious, the breakfast can only be described as perfect, the location is even better, two supermarkets & shopping mall are right next to it, and the transportation is amazing, it's so convenient! I would give 6 stars if I could!

MMichaelaCzech: Lokace vyborna, za 20min jste pesky na Orloji, jinak tram a metro 2 minutky od hotelu. Pokoj, ktery jsme dostali, nebyl v nabidce na trip.com, byl velice maly a viditelne stary, lampicka nefungovala, matrace nakrivo, zadne kartacky, hrnicky, caj, nic, takze donest svoje. Snidane byla velice dobra.Myslim ze pomer cena-lokace odpovida kvalite.
English: Location is great, subway&tram Andel is 2mins walk from the hotel. On foot u can reach the old town in 20 mins. Room we got was not pictured in trip.com, it was very small, oldish, no toothbrush, cups, tea, table lamp was not working and mattrace a bit off. Breakfast was very good. I think for the price&location it is a good deal if u dont expect much.
