Great service, good location, tram stops are near. Very nice designed hotel, good food. The only slight minus is the size of the rooms and the fact that the thermostat seemed to be unoperable during the stay, it showed the temperature, the setting could be changed, but it didn't actually do anything to the temperature.
Although it is a little far from the airport bus and the city center, it is quite accessible as there are several tram stations nearby.
Prague Castle can be reached in 12 minutes from the station about 3 minutes from the hotel.
.
There are many restaurants within walking distance, so you won't have any trouble finding dinner. Of course, there are also mini shops.
.
The interior had a retro feel of Prague.
It was also clean.
.
I thought Wi-Fi was only available in the shared areas, but it was properly available in the room.
.
The only amenities provided were solid soap, shampoo, and body wash. (This is common in European hotels.)
.
It was a hassle that there were no tissues in the room. (I used toilet paper instead.)
.
Breakfast was a buffet type, with few vegetables but a lot of fruit. There was a wide variety of sweet cakes, pies, and breads, so it was a delight for those who like sweet things. The homemade strawberry compote that came with the pancakes was very delicious, so I ate a lot of it along with the yogurt.

My wife and I had a great 3-night stay at Plaza Prague Hotel. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of a complimentary bottle of wine. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to others visiting Prague.

The hostel is a bit far from the city, but there was no problem because I could come enough by tram once. The staff were so friendly and the breakfast was clean and delicious. If you come back to Prague, I'll definitely hear it again.
Enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing stay at Absolutum. Check in procedures easy, friendly & welcoming staff. Restaurant food was good and a full mini-bar was well stocked.
Location was fine for me as I love walking, but its a 30 minute walk into the old town and there is a nice coffee shop 200-300m away from the hotel. Would happily stay there again.
Very nice surprise, especially for a first time in Prague. Cheaper during the week, ideal for a family or 2,3 friends, view of the Ministry of the Interior but 2 minutes from the tram and a very beautiful park with incredible views of the whole city. Just missing a coffee maker to be perfect. And the very friendly owner speaks English and French. I loved it.
The hotel is nicely situated, just a short public transport ride away from the city center. The rooms are spacious, but I have to admit the furniture is showing its age. We booked a double bed room, but it turned out to be two beds pushed together, which wasn't ideal for a couple. The breakfast was okay, nothing fancy, but considering the price we paid for the hotel, I can't complain too much. Overall, it was a decent experience, and the cost made it worthwhile.
It's easy to find a seat, and the guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic. The two rooms are sugar-coated haws-lub rooms. It's not convenient for people in the inner room to go through the outer room if they get up in the middle of the night. The bathroom is large, but there is no separate door to the bathing area. If someone takes a bath, the bathroom cannot be used, which is very inconvenient. Breakfast is average, very simple. The sheets felt like they hadn't been changed in a long time. Parking costs 14 euros a night. The space is very limited and it is difficult to park. We tried for a long time but gave up.
Amazing room, very spacious, comfortable and clean with everything you need within walking distance. Nice window and big beds. Very nice and helpful staff at the front desk. The PIN code to enter the building and room is very convenient. Thanks for the earplugs.

MMD Tanvir KaysarI recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.

DDanielHostel is clean and has a nice garden/bar area that’s perfect for meeting new people. It is a little far away from the usual tourist spots, but accessible by tram.
GGuest UserAdvantages:
- clean small room
- tasty breakfast (especially the small croissants, they were probably the best I've ever eaten - like home-made)
- nice and helpful people at the reception
Disadvantages:
- I couldn't open the window because I could hear the renovation going on
- the window was a bit too small, although there were absolutely no views outside the window
- you could hear everything when someone was talking in the corridor
- only the people at the reception seem to know English
Just right if you don't plan on staying in the hotel all day, but going out to explore the city.
AAnonymous UserThe hostel is tidy and they clean the rooms every morning. The receptionists are also very helpful and friendly, you can ask them about anything and they're always ready to help.
About the location, it's not the best but also definitely not bad. It's easy to find the hostel and there's a tram stop just 5 minutes away from the hostel, where you can take a tram to the center and other parts of the city.
Although the pool and sauna were overall good, the pool is neither heated nor does it look as good as in the official pictures. In reality it's a bit cold and there are cracks on the walls which might look unwelcoming at first sight.
Finally, it's not a youth hostel. And in our opinion, it's not the place to be if you want to socialize.
