Really nice service by the staff. The live music was good. But the kitchen was to slow, send us a “queijo coalho” really smoked that we can’t eat. The “caipirinha” was good. Beside that was a good experience, if you are looking for a live MPB music that is place.

Restaurante com muito mal serviço. Éntranos pra almoçar uma feijoada que, segundo os atendentes “saía rapidinho” mas demorou 30 minutos. Ofereceram uma caipirinha grátis com a feijoada e serviram uma, a outra só conseguiram servir depois de pagar a conta 🤦🏻. As atendentes correm pra lá e cá várias falando e dando desculpas, tentam compensar com simpatia uma serviço defeituoso e mal organizado. Tem hospedagem no local também. Mas eu nem testaria pois hotelaria é principalmente serviço e já vi que isso por aí não é nada bom.

Atendimento pouco cortes, box vazando, torneira quebrada e não reposição de amenites na arrumação do quarto. Funcionários mal treinados. Recepção sem atendente. Ao chegar ficamos muito tempo tentando conseguir uma água após longa viagem.

Horrível não comam aqui pessoal mal educado e comida sem sabor nenhum vi vazio entrei comi e me arrependi. Só mandaram três pedaços de peixe uma falta de respeito com o cliente cobre caro mais não apresentam nenhuma qualidade na comida e no atendimento

Hotel todo velho,elevador enferrujado e sujo. Banheiro sem ventilação nenhuma, com tijolo de vidro voltado para o quarto. Também tinha lodo Musica altíssima no restaurante deles . O ar não funcionava. A única coisa boa é o café da manhã, mesmo assim não tem ar no local. Muito calor. Não voltaria !!!

Mesmo sem usar nenhuma toalha de piscina, fui obrigada a pagar 80 reais por um dos cartões de piscina extraviados, já que a pousada não tem controle de numero de toalhas apenas do número de cartões. Me comprometi a devolver o cartao (ja localizado em um dos locais que estive) e, mesmo de posse dos meus documentos e contatos, negaram qualquer flexibilização desse procedimento . Ou seja, uma gerência totalmente sem tato no atendimento a cliente no "pós venda". Não voltarei Os simples cartões/chave de acesso ao quarto também são cobrados. Não percam nada!

Estadia maravilhosa! Quarto grande e muito confortável, café da manhã sensacional. Excelente localização. Único ponto desagradável é o fato da governança ficar próximo dos quartos, os funcionários que transitam no local ficam conversando alto e o barulho fica todo dentro do quarto, impedindo o descanso dos hóspedes, reclamamos mas voltaram a conversar alto.

Essa avaliação se refere ao restaurante. O ambiente é simpático, localizado na rua principal , é fácil achar. Atendimento eficiente. Aline nos recebeu muito bem e garantiu que a experiência seria inesquecível. Acertou. Pedimos uma macaxeira frita, carne de sol, farofa e molho à campanha. Perfeitos. Voltamos no dia seguinte.
