Adorei esta experiência neste hotel, a simpatia, limpeza, comodidades Situado na Achada de Santo António, um bairro simpático, calmo e com tudo, bancos, farmácia, restaurantes, pastelarias, supermercados, livraria e a 5 minutos a pé da prainha. Recomendo que fiquem neste adorável hotel, principalmente o staff, por terem proporcionado um maravilhosa estadia.

Maybe I have never lived in a foreign hotel, which is a bit rare. The room does not have disposable items, such as toothbrushes, combs, small toothpaste, slippers, and a small piece of soap and body soap. There are floor towels, bath towels, towels, and hair dryers. The overall area of the room type is OK, but there is a lot of invalid space. There are rocking chairs and two sofas, no balcony, floor-to-ceiling windows are large but the window is a building and there is no view. The room is also equipped with a safe and minibar. Remind friends that the power socket is European standard, so prepare the conversion head in advance or find the hotel. It is recommended to bring your own, domestic brand, bull, convenient and easy to use. The product is as follows. The front desk brother is very good, can use English to do simple communication with you, help me solve many problems. Praia Maria est une ancienne école rénovée en hôtel à la décoration soignée. On s’y sent comme à la maison. Des murs blancs, des meubles en bois vernis et des miroirs donnent à l’hôtel un charme fou. Praia Maria offre toutes les commodités (salles de bain privatives, eau chaude, wifi, air conditionné…) et est situé au cœur du Plateau, dans la rue piétonne de 5 de julho, au cœur des commerces et à quelques centaines de mètres du marché de Sucupira d’où partent les aluguers pour Cidade velha, Tarrafal, Assomada… bref, outre le confort, la localisation est parfaite. Le personnel est très attentif et sympathique. J’ai adoré y séjourner et après plusieurs logements testés, son rapport qualité-prix est apparu imbattable pour le Plateau!

Positives: - you are directly in the Plateau of the capital, the location is as much central as possible. Taking this into account, it wasn't noisy at all - we had a room with windows facing the other side, so can't say for the other rooms facing the Plateau itself. - the hotel looks quite small from the street but the rooms are much bigger than expected. You will notice that the hotel is comparatively new, with modern furniture and equipment. - the same goes for cleanliness. You just feel comfortable. Negatives: - staff at the reception could be a bit more helpful. Unlike some other reviewers, I didn't have a feeling they were uninterested, but just not informed and knowledgeable enough; maybe a language barrier was an issue as well. E.g. I needed a post office and had to google it for myself since they had no idea.
