Ever since the property is under the Hyatt banner, it is all much better than the previous management. I frequent the property at least once a month, either with my family, alongside my son, for a fun weekend or just me and my loved one for a spa weekend. Works great for both. The Duty Manager Nikolay Rogachev never fails to give us excellent customer service and makes the stay an excellent one. Such young professionals must be recognized within the facility and given more opportunity to show what they can do. It will be a win-win for both the customers and the property.

The spa experience was disappointing. For the price charged, there should be cold plunge pools, Jacuzzis, and no outdoor pools. They offer all the amenities that are typically found in luxury hotels across Bulgaria, yet they fall short. The food was unsatisfactory; there were no vegan options available, and the labels for the dishes were misleading. For example, broccoli containing cheese should not be labeled as V+. Additionally, the bread served was stale; we received the same old, rock-solid bread for three days in a row! The spa should open at 9 AM instead of 10 AM. Moreover, when the spa does open, it should already be preheated, as everything—including the saunas—was cold at 10 AM.
