Take the Samsung control and turn on the power button. If you need CABLE use SPARKLIGHT REMOTE and point at small black cable box on shelf under the TV. IMPORTANT INFO ON TV. MAKE SURE THE CABLE BOX AND THE TV ARE BOTH ON THE SAME "SOURCE" I.E. LOOK IN BACK OF TV AND MAKE SURE THE HDMI CABLE IS PLUGGED IN. IT SHOULD BE IN "HDMI 1" YOU CAN VERIFY THIS BY PRESSING THE "SOURCE" BUTTON ON THE SAMSUNG REMOTE TV. THE TV SOURCE AND THE CABLE BOX BOTH HAVE TO BE ON "HDMI 1" PETS: PLEASE BE A RESPONSIBLE PET OWNER. THIS IS A WONDERFUL TO WALK YOUR DOG.
