Great location. Its not far away, from the airport and there is a nice shopping mall about 5 minutes away. The staff is super kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel was not so bad. Had few amenities, it was impossible to connect to the wifi and the shower was weird.

The hotel was good. My room was clean, which is always a priority for me, and the location was great. I didn't get a chance to check out the food or shopping, but it looked like there were plenty of options nearby.

I loved the stay gentle and well-located staff and clean hotel, amazing breakfast full of variety and good food and everything fresh and well prepared.

Hotel is old but has suffered reforms, sr pinga in the room, carpet with old smell

Hotel com ótimas instalações, atendimento eficiente, funcionários prestativos. Apenas achei incômodo a logística do estacionamento, pois é necessário validar o ticket todas as vezes que entra com o carro no estacionamento... Ainda tivemos um imprevisto na saída, pois, apesar de termos validado o ticket, a cancela não reconheceu e tivemos que retornar na recepção para liberar a nossa saída. Apesar dessa questão, o hotel é o mais indicado para a hospedagem em P. Prudente.
