The staff was warm, welcoming and friendly. Our room was perfect and room service was excellent and whenever I asked for something,they were ready to serve with a smile. My partner and I enjoyed our stay there and can't wait to go back again, thank you for experience.

I wouldnt recommend it for anyone area not nice at all then I paid two weeks before for my booking got there on the 7th March 2025 at around after 6pm just to be told my room isn't ready they busy fixing the electrical problems and nothing else availble my daughter fell asleep in the lobby on the 1st floor we only got the key to the room at 11pm the even still to find out the mats were wet, tv not working no plugs in bathroom the shower top extremely dirty That place wont see me again. the Staff however was very friendly

Dear Manhattan hotel I hereby to inform you that I was having a graduation on Friday the 10th May, whereby we had small snacks in the hall then around half 6 that night we went to eat the buffet which was very delicious I can say but my complain is that I’ve been sick since that night. I ate pap,beetroot,coleslaw,chicken grilled, dumbling, beef stew, geek salad and green beans with mash and also tried the desserts It feels like something is cutting me inside my stomach and I have been going to the toilet nonstop and I don’t know if we ate the food that was not okay or fresh . I’d like maybe the management to always check your food before giving to people because I’m not the only one experiencing this, more that 8 people are suffering and as for me I don’t even have the appetite to eat anything.

Manhattan hotel stuffs are really kind and helpful and with my disabilitie they helped me alot and there rooms are really neat and impressive and I will be going back to Manhattan hotel next year and your shuttle services are really good and I just want to say thank you to Thabo for really going out of his way to take me to menlyn mall and to the train station so I would anytime give Manhatten a 5 star review

Enjoyed a complimentary night stay including breakfast. Very spacious suite, comfortable bed with good quality linen and towels, bar fridge and choice of two TV's (one in the lounge area and one in the bedroom). Did find the area a bit noisy which sounded like there was a club downstairs pumping music till late at night on a Sunday evening. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

Redefining the art of hospitality, its not just a slogan but a real practical expeirence. the Hotel is very clean, neat and conferencing well enabled and superb. Talking about buffet lunch, its fit for Kings. Very all accommodating. You are able to choose anything you want, the choices are many. Friendly and professional staff, the hotel is definely one of the best I think the hotel should expand to other towns in South AFrica

I took an uber from an all day business meeting to the hotel only to have my driver harrassed by a Manhattan security guard, on the Manhattan's property, who was then joined by two *****, apparently from the taxi association, who took his keys and started getting aggressive with him, while I WAS IN THE CAR. There was NO WARNING given to me when or after I booked. This is a highly dangerous situation. There is a sign inside that says Ubers aren't allowed but what good is that when I don't know until I get there? How on earth am I supposed to know? This hotel has a duty of care to their guests, especially female travelers and I am shaking and outraged. Utterly disgraceful. Be warned.
