The photos on the website, on which I based my booking, was NOT the room we were given. When querying with the Hotel we were told that the photos on the site were incorrect. Had they put up the correct photos of the room, I absolutely would not have booked it. Especially not for the price I paid. Disgusted that a Hotel can do this! I king bed was booked as per my booking confirmation. The room had a double bed. The bed has crumbs in it! The shower had no pressure and no hot water. This place is not what it is as per the website! Noise by other guests was very loud as was the noise from the street.

Please add other drinks to evening soft drinks like juice e.g grapetizer, appletizer etc. Improve on breakfast pack snacks and fruit
