I have visited more than 70 countries around the world, but this hotel is considered one of the worst stays that I will never forget.
Poor treatment at the reception, the smile is missing, the room is not clean, its lighting is very dim, and what is strange and strange is that I was asked to leave the hotel at 11 am, and after offering kindness and begging, I was allowed only ten minutes to leave, in one of the worst treatment I have ever been subjected to in my life. I intended to book 6 nights. But then I decided that I would not go back to it again and do not recommend it

It's a very good hotel. However the road to the parking is very narrow. If you are not a good driver you can scratch the car.

Inani hotels is one of the best hotels in Pretoria CBD, very friendly staff, nice food, beautiful view, cozy space and clean. its beautiful and when you are inside you cannot tell that you are in town.

We struggle to check in for almost 2hrs,rooms were smelly and not comfortable, I the morning my car was blocked and driver was nowhere to be found. POOR SECURITY SERVICE

Friendly staff. However quite unprofessional. One prefers to have their breakfast in peace, some of the staff members were grouped right in front of the elevator with a view, chatting as if they didn’t have work to do which was quite disturbing as this is just by the dining area. When you stand up to dish up for yourself- they’re starring. Also, the aircon has a “heat” option which when you switch to, the temperature is rather cold. The double room has head lamps attached to the board just above the bed but had no bulbs. The noise coming from the passages are unbearable. You can’t sleep or nap peacefully.

Crowded room. Not well kept. Phones at reception does not work. You cant get hold of them. For R 100 more you can get a beautiful clean spacious room at city lodge hatfield. You feel much safer and most shops are walking distance. The add and pictures are misleading.
