I have visited more than 70 countries around the world, but this hotel is considered one of the worst stays that I will never forget.
Poor treatment at the reception, the smile is missing, the room is not clean, its lighting is very dim, and what is strange and strange is that I was asked to leave the hotel at 11 am, and after offering kindness and begging, I was allowed only ten minutes to leave, in one of the worst treatment I have ever been subjected to in my life. I intended to book 6 nights. But then I decided that I would not go back to it again and do not recommend it

It's a very good hotel. However the road to the parking is very narrow. If you are not a good driver you can scratch the car.

You feel at home the moment you step into the building. From the reception area to your room, the room cleaners, every one of them is so friendly. The hotel has high security, located in the central area. Closer to shops and State Theater. It is good value for money. The best thing you can ever do for yourself, is to book yourself a room at Inani whenever you are in Pretoria

The reservation and checking in experience were well managed. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay with clean linen. The breakfast was fresh, filing and with lots of variety. The staff were very helpful to me especially that I had gone for medical treatment. Transport was arranged to fetch me from the hospital after my surgery.

Inani hotels is one of the best hotels in Pretoria CBD, very friendly staff, nice food, beautiful view, cozy space and clean. its beautiful and when you are inside you cannot tell that you are in town.

We struggle to check in for almost 2hrs,rooms were smelly and not comfortable, I the morning my car was blocked and driver was nowhere to be found. POOR SECURITY SERVICE
