Summer Bay Beach Club & Cabins Sihanoukville by Preference

I recently stayed at Summer Bay Beach Club & Cabins and while the location offers a stunning beachfront view, the overall experience was disappointing and not worth the price. The beach itself is beautiful and serene — definitely the highlight of the stay. However, the ladder leading from the swimming pool down to the beach is badly rusted and quite dangerous. If you're not wearing shoes, there's a real risk of injury. Service at the on-site restaurant was also underwhelming. The waiters and waitresses did not meet basic hospitality standards, and service felt inattentive and unwelcoming. Another major drawback was the room condition during daytime check-in in summer. Despite having the air conditioning on for hours, the room remained unbearably hot — more like an oven than a relaxing retreat. As for breakfast, it’s served from 7:00 to 9:00 AM, but don’t expect a full spread if you come closer to 9. Many food items and baked goods were already gone before the end of the service time. In summary, apart from the lovely beach, the experience fell short in safety, service, and comfort. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially at the price they charge.

Very good view with good service. Recommend for couple who want to relax and calm.

My family really enjoyed staying here, not only was it a good place to stay, the service was also excellent, and there were plenty of entertainment programs that made us tired and remember to come here again.
