The hotel is new and still in the construction phase. It is and will be a gorgeous hotel and a definite 10 when everything is completed. I would recommend that the housekeeping staff be trained on proper cleaning and a checklist so that the rooms are ready for guest. A guest should not be expected to to remind staff what is needed in the room. Since there are no signage to inform staff if cleaning is required staff should at least knock and inquire if said service is needed. The only other issue for me was the distance from the city center. If you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city center then this space is perfect. The view is worth every cent and more. I stayed for five nights but would have stayed longer if it was a little closer to the city center. All in all I will give it a 9+. I would love to go back when all the construction and the community planning is all done. The view from my window. .

There were many inconveniences because we received guests while the hotel construction was not finished. It seems like it would be a good hotel if all the construction was finished. It is a shame that we received guests because we are too busy now.

The hotel, if you can call it that, is not a hotel but a construction site. Noise and rumble from early morning. The room is not cleaned. There is not even a refrigerator. It is located on the edge of civilization. I do not recommend anyone to go there.
