The island is very beautiful. You can see the sunrise and sunset. You can watch the sunrise near the swimming pool and watch the sunset at the dock. The most beautiful thing is the hotel trail. Along the west, along the reef, walking every day is so beautiful! Very thoughtful! The best part is when the weather is good, the sea on the beach is very clean, you can snorkel and there are a lot of small fish! It's wonderful, although the sea and beaches are not as good as Madai, it is not lost in the overall play! There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is exquisite and delicious. It is not good. There are lush plants, a lot of animals, and too many mosquitoes. In addition, the new hotel room still has a little taste, and the hotel BBQ is too bad and expensive. But ordering meals is good. Transportation on the island is charged separately, which is very expensive. For details, you can see the travel notes of the horse's nest."

"The environment is great. It is right by the sea. The house faces the sea and is surrounded by various flowers and trees. The room we stayed in just had a view of Prince Island. The sunset in the evening was so beautiful that I just admired it and forgot to take pictures. You have to see it with your own eyes to experience it. I also went to see fireflies at night. I was lucky enough to see a lot of them. The scenic area is very large. I will stay a few more days next time. I heard that the scenery at Linga Peak is more beautiful. I will go and see it next time."

The beach is delicate, the sea is clear, and there are slides. It is very friendly to the baby mother. It is more recommended than Prince Island!"

"Location: Perfect and peaceful island setting in Cambodia.
Service: Needs more attention from top management. Due to staff shortages during peak holiday season, service was inconsistent, affecting the overall guest experience.
Boat Schedule Issue: There was a mismatch in boat schedule information between the reservations team and the front desk. This created difficulties for guests without private transportation, especially since the island is remote and ride-hailing apps (Grab/PassApp) are not readily available. The hotel’s private taxi service charges **$50 one-way**, which feels excessive—management should reconsider pricing.
Food Options: Limited menu choices in the restaurant, and the menu was only in English with no pictures. As a local Cambodian, I sometimes struggled to identify dishes.
Room & Amenities: Fantastic—clean, comfortable, and hygienic.
Breakfast: Absolutely delicious!
SPA: Highly recommended! Relaxing and affordable, especially with the hotel’s 30% exclusive discount. One of the best parts of my stay.
Buggy Service: A major letdown. Upon checkout, the front desk failed to inform us that no buggy was available. We waited **almost an hour** with no updates, even after calling twice. Eventually, we had to walk to reception.
Overall: This hotel has great potential but needs better communication, staffing adjustments, and improved guest convenience (transportation, food options, and service reliability)."

"For those who like the natural feel, the way there and back would be attractive, but I was taken aback because it was a completely unexpected route. However, from the moment I checked in and went in to the moment I checked out, I thought it was such an attractive accommodation that I wanted to stay a few more days. I highly recommend it to those who have the time to stay at least 2 nights."

The hotel itself is impeccable, the experience at One Island One Hotel is great, and the Western Restaurant Bread Basket is perfect. The only problem is that even if the insect repellent is sprayed, there will still be ants crawling up and down, and the desserts given are eaten by the ants...
