房間沒有任何可以提供洗漱的，餐巾紙也沒有。早餐就餅乾和甜點，麪包，牛角包就一個人一個，連雞蛋都沒有。是花錢最多，服務最差，早餐最差的酒店。

My dad and I stayed here for 2 weeks. The hotel is extremely nice and very modern. The beds are very comfy, the internet is fast, and the daily breakfast was amazing. The town of Primaluna is very peaceful and beautiful. Everyone is very nice. Most importantly, hotel staff and owners are the nicest staff I have ever met at a hotel. Many times they went above and beyond what I could have even imagined to help us during our stay and make it great. They are truly kindhearted people. We left our stay with 4 new friends. I am so grateful for Bianco Hotel and their owners and staff. Thank you so much!!! - Grant

We arrived late to our airbnb on our first night in Lake Como and discovered that the cleaners didnt clean the apartment! It was extremely stressful to find a hotel nearby that would take us in and we were lucky that the receptionist at Bianco hotel was staying up late and answered our call. The lady at the reception was so sweet and waited for 30min for us to get there with the car (we arrived 12.00 at night). We were pleasantly surprised with the room too. It was fresh and very clean! The breakfast was nice as well and it was very relaxing to sit outside with a nice view.

Piccolo e curato hotel,bella stanza con piacevole giardinetto,ottima colazione prevalentemente dolce.proprietari gentili e disponibili,signora lea alle colazioni semplicemente strepitosa .lo consiglio per girare il lago,per passeggiare nella natura,per i formaggi locali fantastici

Piccolo hotel che si trova sulla strada con ampio parcheggio riservato, praticamente nuovo, pulito e ben curato nei particolari. Le camere sono spaziose. La colazione non è molto variegata anche perché non c’è il salato ma è comunque soddisfacente. Personale cordiale e disponibile

Abbiamo passato una notte in questo hotel, personale molto gentile e disponibile, molto curato, ottima pulizia e colazione molto varia e curata con torte fatte in casa, brioche, yogurt, cereali…! Lo consigliamo!!!
