Where to start: grubby handprints on the doors, no towels, no shampoo, nothing but wash cloth and soap. This was an emergency stay due to power outage in a snow storm. Lot and sidewalks were untreated for 2 days. Another guest's unleashed pit bull came after my dog. Wifi was 1-2 bars and useless. Fridge had dents. Holes and burn marks on EVERYTHING. Had to hip check the door to close it. Allergy free? No. Mattresses and pillows have no allergy covers. 1 out of 4 plugs worked and my plug kept falling out. Fine with dog in emergency, but with the tridemic, I had to clean the room to make it safe. For what they charged, Days Inn Kutawwa is cheaper by a LOT. Reminded me of seedy monthly room motels I have seen. Found 3 different long hairs in the bed spread and sheets had pills. No excuse for this in 2022.
