Four Points by Sheraton Prishtina City

Positive- —Very friendly and helpful Front Desk staff —Beautiful hotel. It’s relatively new. Everything is modern and clean. It’s located in a very upscale and quiet residential area. While there, I saw two Kosovo celebrities at the hotel. —They have an incredible pool/hot tub/two levels of sauna/steam room/cold dunk pool, etc., underneath the hotel (free admission for hotel guests). It’s very clean with lots of other amenities. —Gigantic room and bathroom —Great water pressure —Plenty of hot water supply —Wonderful breakfast breakfast with every possible food option. It costs 15 Euros per person. —There are a few stores and restaurants in the immediate area —Individual heat and A/C controls —A hot water kettle is in the room for making coffee/tea, and supplies are included —Comfy bed with nice linens —Everyone at the hotel speaks great English — I visited during the Christmas holidays and the hotel was tastefully decorated —Daily maid service (a declining service unfortunately in the USA) —This hotel should be a higher brand than a Four Points Negative - —It’s outside the city area and about a 10 minute taxi ride into the city center. The hotel has a contracted rate with a taxi service and it costs about 5-6 Euros to get into town. Otherwise, it will typically cost about 15 Euros for a taxi off the street. To get a taxi from city center back to the hotel, use the Marriott app and send a message and they’ll send a taxi to you at the contracted 5-6 Euro rate. —The TV has dozens of channels, but only 2-3 worked (the rest showed blank screens). Summary- I would absolutely stay here again!

I signed up for a one-month membership at the Sheraton, and I can confidently say: it was one of the best decisions! The fitness area is absolutely top-notch – featuring state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, spacious workout areas, and a fantastic atmosphere that makes training a true pleasure. The spa area is simply breathtaking! Not only is it beautifully designed, but also incredibly clean and well-maintained – I have rarely experienced such a spotless wellness oasis. A huge thank you to Suri, the head of this department. Her outstanding expertise, empathy, friendliness and helpfulness truly remarkable. She ensures that every visit is a special experience, making guests feel completely at ease. I highly recommend this hotel, especially the fitness and spa areas. Flawless service, top-level cleanliness, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes you want to stay forever. A big thank you to the entire team and especially to Suri for this exceptional service – I have rarely encountered such dedication! I will definitely be coming back!

The hotel is very upscale. The rooms are modern. We found all the requirements in the room. The breakfast is delicious, varied, fresh, and satisfies all tastes. The hotel location is quiet and upscale, and next to restaurants and a games area. There is a supermarket next to the hotel. The hotel staff are very helpful, especially Zana.

An incredible stay. The rooms and staff are amazing. The spa is probably the best I’ve ever been to and Beni gives a great massage. We travelled as part of a sports team and they facilitated us perfectly well with a room dedicated to us for meals and meetings

Great hotel and staff This hotel shouldn’t be a four points. It should be branded as Sheraton or above. Edita, Beni and the rest of the team are great The rooms are functional and modern The spa is just amazing. Better than the ones I found at luxury collection hotels The service is great, much better than the ones from other 5* gl hotels
