The location was excellent, very close to the pedestrian area of Prizren, making it easy to explore the city. The ambiance was pleasant and clean, but unfortunately, we stayed there during a time when the temperatures were extremely low. The room was extremely cold, and unfortunately, the air conditioner was not working, which made our stay less comfortable. It would have been a much better experience if the heating had worked properly.
