The upgraded room is worth the money, lovely terrace and lots of other sitting areas in the house. Very relaxing Restaurant food is amazing and very generous portions too. Breakfasts also generous and plenty of variety. Make sure you use the wellness area. I didn't realise it was included

Wir waren 2 Tage im Hotel eingebucht. Der Service war gut. Das Essen war sehr gut und reichlich am Abend. Das Frühstück ließ Wünsche offen. Im Sommer kein frisches Obst?! Nur Obstsalat aus der Dose. Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Stühle sind hübsch anzusehen, aber total unbequem. Das Bad ist viel zu klein. Über das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis müssen wir gar nicht reden. Wir hatten 5 Hotels, keins davon kam auf die Idee wegen der Umwelt den Zimmerservice einzustellen. Hier haben wir echt was gelernt. Naja, alles kann man begründen. Schade, hier wäre mehr möglich.

Das Hotel hat wahrscheinlich schon bessere Tage erlebt. Unser Zimmer in der sog. Scheune war alt und muffig. Die Bettwäschev löchrig, und das Bad nicht sehr sauber und mit Schimmel in der Dusche. Mit den Handtüchern hätte ich noch nicht mal meinen Hund abgetrocknet, so hart und ausgebrannt wie die waren. Wie dachten zuerst es wären die Fußmatten. Die Duschen im neuen Saunabereich funktionieren nur mit kaltem Wasser. Auf unsere Beschwerde wurde mit Unverständnis, Unfreundlichkeit, sowie mit Ausreden reagiert. Das einzig positive war das Essen, wobei der Service recht ruppig war, und um 22:00Uhr wurden wir an einem Samstagabend aus dem Restaurant gebeten, Feierabend! Vergebe 2 Sterne, aber nur wegen des Essens, den Rest kann man sich sparen.

Sehr freundlich, familiär geführt, sehr sauber. Schön großes Zimmer, alles sehr gepflegt. Klasse Restaurant mit regionaler Karte. Bin sehr gerne dort. Ruhig gelegen. Kein Problem, wenn man mit Hund reist.

Mit 20 Personen angemeldet und obwohl das Essen vorbestellt war, haben wir eine knappe Stunde warten müssen. Der Tisch im hintersten Raum war völlig lieblos gedeckt. Die danebenliegende Toilette verströmte ihren unverwechselbaren Geruch äußerst störend. Das Essen war solide, aber nur bedingt überzeugend. Der Sauerfleischteller schwamm in geschmolzenem Gelee, die 19 € Schnitzel waren wohl aus der Fritteuse - das konnte auch die halbe saure Deko-Gurke nicht rausreißen. Mayo und Ketchup wurden in den guten Imbiss-Gummiflaschen serviert. Remoulade zum Sauerfleisch gab es nur auf Nachfrage, in das Gefässchen passten so ca. 3-4 TL. Am Ende waren wir zwar satt, aber nichts animiert uns zum Wiederkommen.

Wir waren gern erneut in der Strengliner Mühle bei Familie Molt. Unsere Freunde kannten das Hotel/Restaurant noch nicht und waren sehr angetan. Empfehlenswert! Die Qualität der Speisen (prima, dass es auch ein Rinderfilet gab) und ebenso die angenehm freundliche Bedienung (fand auch der Hund gut!) war gut. Ein kleiner Hinweis: wenn die Weinauswahl ein wenig abwechslungsreicher wäre, dann passt es noch besser). Viel Erfolg weiterhin!
