Recommended. My husband and I were there at the end of August. Newly renovated hotel 2024. Large nice rooms with air conditioning. We had all inclusive. Very good food, surprisingly varied with new dishes every day. All the service was nice and helpful, and Manolis who worked there, spoke to all the guests, ensuring we were well. This is perhaps one of the biggest advantages of slightly smaller hotel vs. the major resorts. It becomes more personal and pleasant, and not an experience of tourist industry. Cleanness and everything was tip top.

If this review was only about the hotelroom, location and staff. And how super clean the hotel was. It would be 5 stars. Could not be better. But to bad i have to include the food. It was by far the most boring and tasteless all inclusive food i have experienced. Lunch was ok. Breakfast was terrible. Dinner was boring. But still i would go again if i find a sweet deal. All inclusive does bot mean you have to eat at the hotel all the time😄.

we visited the hotel on Saturday 06/07! excellent customer service! top quality breakfast! fully renovated hotel! clean rooms with comfortable mattresses! Michailina at the pool bar and Petrina on reservations were exceptional! This hotel is worth visiting!

Me and my boyfriend stayed in the hotel as first guests after it was renewed and with new owners. Everything was amazing - staff, rooms, food, everything. They thought of all details. Reception desk has two ladies which are the kindest people ever. Helpful in any way, always looking for a way to improve our stay even more. We were there through the Easter holidays. Owners kindly invited us to have lunch with them, so thoughtful. So if you've read the last years reviews, ignore them. The new owners give the best possible experience you can have in a hotel. I'm looking forward too stay there again.

Fully renovated this year, with fantastic customer service and a great location and breakfast. The reception team is lovely and always ready to support! Beautiful beaches just a few meters away on foot. Highly recommended for total relax!

Visited in June and have only just comprehended what happened. We arrived and I believe we were the only guests in the hotel. This was a dream come true to me at first… until I realised there was NO BREAKFAST BUFFET. Each morning we would go to breakfast, hoping there would be a buffet. Every time we asked for help nobody understood English . They kindly offered to make us breakfast, but the food they brought out was disgusting. I actually found a packet of bread on the side where the buffet should have been, which was out of date. Everybody seemed oblivious that we were guests. Empty pool bar. They stocked the pool bar with drinks in order to take a photo ( i think for marketing purposes) and then unstocked it. The air-conditioning unit on the roof of the hotel was very loud and interfered with our sleep so they moved us to a room on a lower level .The worst part of it was when the hotel manager entered our room without permission. My partner lost his patience with the man , we were offered a free drink as an apology. The entire experience was very strange. The hotel was a ghost town.I am not sure why. They made no effort to make us feel like we were guests in the hotel. It was almost like they had no idea we were arriving. Please avoid booking this hotel if you want a somewhat normal hotel experience. Please see photos attached of an empty buffet - empty unstocked pool bar and below standard ‘made to order’ breakfast when they realised they had guests on site!

Relaxing hotel with great views and close to the beach. The hotel was very quiet as it had just re-opened , so the all inclusive was buffet for breakfast but a menu for lunch and dinner to order from. The pizza was amazing and Greek salad delicious . Drinks where good , the cola a bit like Aldi cola but fine. The pool was lovely , with plenty of sunbeds . Our room was on the 6th floor so views where amazing with sea views no extra charge . Room was cleaned every day and very very thoroughly . The staff where very helpful and spoke mostly French and Greek , some did speak English so no problem . Hotel was clean , bright , plenty of space for parking outside. The beach is a lovely bay , turn left out of the hotel and follow the road 50 meters to the left and you can`t miss it , sunbeds 2 euro 50 cents. To the right is a large supermarket , where you can buy almost anything and good priced too. Further along is a few restaurants , we tried them all . Car hire we used Green Motion hire with 700 euro excess , cost was £170 a week for Group C . Top level of the airport , departures entrance , outside and left is a stop for them , collect from airport and 3 minute transfer. Car was clean , fuel return same as , refund to card was immediate upon return. Try visit Ayia Thekla beach , it has been re developed well , fairly quiet with warm waters and the restaurant was good food , the ayia thekla omelete tasted great. Again 2 euro 50 for a sunbed. Overall the hotel was great for the price and we had a great time.

I wouldn't go again. -Staff don't speak english or greek. - Barman has no idea what he is doing. He didn't know the different types of alcohol and even worse also couldn't speak Greek or English. - only choice of beer is Heineken Draught, nothing else! The Coca-Cola on tap is disgusting with no option to purchase bottled or canned coke. - coffee machine didn't work at breakfast -No glass around shower so all the water was on floor -the pool bar which is advertised as non functional -No coffee provided in the rooms -The only good thing was their rooms which were nice

NEVER GO !! UNACCEPTABLE!! NO STAFF!! NO ORGANIZATION!! WITHOUT THE BASICS!! We arrived on 15/08 at 14:00 and they gave us the room immediately which was relatively good although it looked rough cleaned and the bathroom was missing glass so the whole toilet area was filled with water. We go down on 16/08 for breakfast at 09:00 where we were normally served at the buffet but we were the ones who managed to make toast as the bread ran out and although we mentioned it they never brought any more. Eggs not even for a sample, the machines with the drinks only produced water. So we ate what we found and left for the room where we were waiting outside because the cleaner had not finished. While we waited we heard from below in the pool that the mechanism was not working and the pool seemed very cloudy. Because we waited a long time finally at some point it was made. 18/07 Last day. We go down once again for breakfast at the same time with the only difference being that we had our baby with us. Food not even for a sample! Cutlery nowhere ! Milk and bowls for cereal are unseen! Everyone was holding a plate full of bread and cold cuts without butter because it was all that was left. When we asked we were told that they are finished he has no more!! It should be noted that none of the minimum staff speaks Greek or English!!!! The whole hotel works with three people on the automatic!! !!! When I went to make trouble I got all the cheapest excuses anyone could give. !
