Intimate and cozy. Maison Italia 1029 feels like a home oasis in Santiago. The location is fabulous near many restaurants and shops. The entrance is unassuming, but inside, it has a boutique shop with very cool items, a small dining space, and a tiny elevator! The room was really tight for two people but it was clean and we had a small balcony which was nice. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I would stay here again. Nice coffee machine in the room and more vegan restaurants in the area than you can shake a stick at. Pizza restaurant next door has vegan cheese. Great vegan Japanese down the street. You're paying for a nice nice small room in a great location.

It is so nice to find a comfortable hotel outside of the downtown and in a hip new barrio of metropolitan Santiago de Chile. This botique hotel is new and with a limited number of rooms. The design is intelligent, esthetic and comfortable. Each room has a excellent coffee maker and a wonderful balcony. It is located on Italia Avenue where there are lots of restaurants and several interesting stores. The staff was very attentive but not intrusive. The breakfast menu was perfect with several options.

Very nice hotel located in a good area of Santiago, very convenient for visiting the city. Very pleasant and helpful staff, especially at the reception desk. Excellent breakfast. The room was nice, calm and with a great terrace. A big thank you for this very good stay.

This quaint boutique hotel has really great service. We had a wonderful experience with Nicole at the front desk and would certainly recommend Maison. We spent 3 nights at Maison Italian and upgraded to the king suite apartment with balcony. Wow, so much for such a good price! The listing says it’s 50sqm but it’s bigger than that. Top floor of the whole building. Apartment is stunning. Very comfy king bed. Nice living area with couch and table. Kitchen. And the best part - a generous balcony where we enjoyed a drink in the late afternoon/evening while soaking up the happenings of the neighborhood and street below - buskers, music, people having a good time. Such a cool area, lots of fun eateries and bars (loved Casa Luz for dinner), small boutiques, great street art and people watching. It’s hipper than areas like Bellavista and Lastarria and very much deserves its title of Santiago’s new ‘Williamsburg’. The in-room breakfast option is a lovely touch. There’s also a coffee machine in the room. And the staff were so so nice and helpful, and always ready with a smile, especially the super lovely female staff member on reception - sorry didn’t catch her name. Helped us with all sorts of things and was by far the nicest staff member at any of our Chile accommodations over our 3+ weeks of travel. Combined all this made our stay so special and we were genuinely sad to leave. I am writing this from our accomm in Patagonia which is more expensive and nowhere near as good! A very special find. 10/10! Stay in the king suite if you can!
