I had such an incredible experience at this hotel. It was the perfect place to relax for a few days while being surrounded by stunning views. The staff and owner are super friendly people and the restaurant served delicious foods that incorporated the famous local pistachios. The room was clean, spacious and cozy. I also loved having breakfast in my room each day. I’ll miss this place so much. I can’t wait to go back!

Modern design structure breathtaking view with exceptional cuisine with fantastic and very tasty dishes enveloping from organic products 10+ courteous team attentive and kind kind owner courteous I recommend romantic place and excellent to be wrapped up in serenity and physical well-being for relaxation in the pool with hydromassage

Yesterday we had lunch at Fucina...a very well-kept place with a breathtaking view! Lunch was pleasant, the dishes were well presented...the only flaw was the staff...my daughter (9 year old) was called back by the employee just because she had put her feet in the water, in the pool above the structure...even though we were told that the pool was available to all guests, even those who do not stay at the structure...then obviously "calling back" a child just for having put her feet in the water I honestly find it inappropriate.. moral???? I wanted to book a night there but after this little scene I prefer to take my money elsewhere!

Dormito con mia moglie da mercoledì 1 a sabato 4 maggio. Struttura molto bella, con una bellissima vista sull'Etna. Camera moderna ed accogliente, con linea di cortesia con tutto ciò che occorre. Davvero piccolo il frigo in camera. Colazione molto buona, con torte artigianali, cannoli ed altre bontà. Gentilissimo e molto professionale il personale alla reception e di sala. Tornerei molto volentieri. Paolo e Debora, stanza 9.

Da anni ospite per lavoro mi riprometto sempre di tornarci con la famiglia. Location stupenda. Vista mozzafiato. A breve distanza da molti punti di interesse e attività da fare. Ristorante ottimo. Hotel Gestito alla grande con staff cordiale e sempre disponibile. Le camere sono moderne, accoglienti, comodissime. In alcune forse manca una postazione per PC. Viaggio molto per lavoro e qui è sempre un piacere ritornare. Un voto alto per gli accessori in bagno. Adoro il loro shampoo e doccia gel. Bravi!

Struttura al quanto eccezionale, curata nei minimi particolari e dettagli,pulita al top, personale educato e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Situata alle pendici dell'Etna, la struttura presenta una vista meravigliosa proprio giusta per un meritato relax. Inoltre in struttura, è possibile organizzare visite guidate tra i pistacchieti e varie location antiche, con la degustazione del prodotto locale.

le camere sono ottime. pulite, spaziose, tv sky. però nella mia mancava il frigo bar. inoltre evitate di cenare li, e soprattutto prendere vino, un calice corrisponde ad un dito mignolo orizzontale ed il bicchiere non è grande, tipo degustazione ma lo paghi come un calice. Ho preso un antipasto ed un primo, ottimi ingredienti ma slegati. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile, luogo e paesaggio da favola
