Every single person working at this Hotel was always so nice & friendly. The room was very clean, the Pool was fantastic & the views were breathtaking. Everything was perfect. GRAZIE!

We came specifically to Rodi (as opposed to Vieste) on the Gargano because the hotel offered us a view of the sea and a terrace. Booked three nights and we were quite surprised when we arrived that they did not have a sea view for us but instead a view of the driveway. This, despite direct dealings and confirmation with the hotel in advance. They did move us for the second and third night, but we were disappointed about the first. The hotel is still not fully developed. The WiFi is erratic, and it’s difficult to get coffee before breakfast opens at 8– despite a machine in the breakfast area that could be made accessible to guests. Also, the room safe was broken and required two visits from management to sort out. There is also not a manager on sight every day. Front desk does the best they can, but sometimes a manager is needed. The hotel feels like a work in progress. Next time, we’d stay in Vieste.

The only thing good about this property was the view and availability of lots of onsite parking. I booked for two nights during our road trip to explore Puglia and we ended up cancelling after the first night. This property is NOT worth the prices they are charging based on the quality of the facilities and the very old bathrooms. This is not a 4 star experience. Additionally, the food is diabolical our starters had clearly been sitting 'pre-prepared' and the food was horrible, cold and extremely basic. Additionally, the service was terrible (we waited for an hour for our mains after our disgusting starters with no explanation). They need to half the prices of the accommodation, lower to a 3 star and rethink their food offering.

We had the pleasure of staying 3 nights in this modern hotel and we realized pretty quickly we should’ve stayed much longer !! On our arrival we were greeted by great staff and most of all we had the privilege of meeting the boss Massimo Vitale. It only takes a few minutes to understand he’s a highly competent manager who rightly shows a warm and friendly attitude. The beautiful facility shows his great attention to all details so that all amenities an up-to-date hotel ought to offer are present. The view of the Adriatic Sea is gorgeous and if you look for an unforgettable restaurant to enjoy great Puglia-style dinner in front of the sunset this is The Place in Puglia. You won’t want to miss also the lovely sandy beaches of Rodi Garganico. You get driven back and forth to Propulsione Beach Resort by a modern shuttle van and your day will go by quickly and joyfully. In case you don’t want to leave the hotel a beautiful swimming pool is readily available, of course offering you an outstanding view of the waterfront.

Hotel is in construction. Full of unfinished problems: no Wi-Fi, no working elevator, no dinner, construction sites everywhere. Small staff (but they were helpful and pleasant) would recommend for a night or two. No services - you need a car. No beach. Nice pool. Food good and so was breakfast. Maybe in a few years it will be better. Train in front of hotel and beach nearby not attractive.

The hotel is beautiful, new, comfortable location, dream view, the pool is unique, impeccable and divine, the breakfast is super rich, served by super friendly people, Santina is brilliant, warm, super friendly. The only point to improve cafeteria and dining room service, there is a lack of options, what there is is hyper expensive, and small portions.

I stayed with friends at the Rodi Hotel. Large spaces, bright rooms and sea view. The whole recently renovated structure is treated in every detail; there are things that need to be finished but the kindness and attention that all the staff dedicate to its guests make you forget the rest! Really congratulations!! Breakfast is delicious and with quality products, but I also recommend stopping for lunch or dinner because it's worth it!

It's a shame that management took a bold step here, which promptly went haywire... The hotel only opened 10 days before our visit and was still a construction site. We liked two things: the location is fantastic and the pool is great. The breakfast buffet is very disappointing for this price range. There is (still) no recognizable concept here so shortly after the opening. A friendly staff doesn't help anymore. The elevator didn't work, building materials even in the house, remains of insulation foam in the bathroom, ancient toilets, keys from the last century. Even if it's unfortunate for the owners to miss a season like this: that shouldn't be the state of affairs at this price level. Why not get a 50% discount and clearly communicate that everything isn't perfect yet - and nobody gets upset? We are amazed by the previous reviews here. Only disappointment remains. A small discount was only granted upon our express request. The resort will definitely be great - in a year.
