It's a very nice place but in no way a "4-STAR RESORT" for Honeymooners. The pictures are very deceiving, and I swear some of these reviews were unavailable prior to my booking June 2022. $420/night! This is a residence, not a resort. It feels very sterile and cold. Luckily I was able to get out of the rest of our stay after a few somewhat intense conversations with the staff. Luckily one of the receptionists seemed to understand our issue/disappointment/confusion and spoke to the owner about cancelling the rest of our stay. There is really no nightlife or tourist type shops anywhere. The restaurant in the Marina parking lot was actually very good! Breakfast in the morning was very good as well. We went back to Nice.

All very nice but everything is canceled out by the fact that they charge you extras (without having consumed them) and don't explain how and when. Requested several times to Mr. Liborio who writes that he is the staff manager

Recommended experience and to be repeated. Large, spacious room, excellent cleanliness. The outdoor space was particularly appreciated by my dogs. The room was also cleaned the following day. The breakfast is pleasant and varied, the 2 dinners are well prepared and tasty. The only negative concerns the soundproofing of the room which can be improved, but no one made any noise at night. The only advice concerns the vegetarian option at the Babylonia restaurant: many people now decide not to eat animals and perhaps it is appropriate to consider this choice. In any case I was promptly satisfied with a wonderful cereal salad! Note of merit to the staff, we found exquisite kindness and friendliness, both at the reception (hurray for Martina!) and in the breakfast room and in the restaurant. Well done!

We had purchased a superior room and were upgraded to a wonderful junior suite. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful, served in the garden in good weather. We spent two nights in the residence in a two-room apartment on the first floor. The outside terrace is very beautiful and spacious. Inside the two-room apartment there was air conditioning, wifi and TV along with other useful comforts for the whole family. Clean and fragrant rooms and linen. The girls at reception were welcoming and helpful. I cannot judge the restaurant and breakfast as we did not use them. Advised.

4 star hotel is not worth its 4 stars, some girls at reception should change jobs (not a smile, no nice little words). no drinks in the mini bar, soundproofing needs to be reviewed, sea view with piles of earth in front of the beach that looks like a landfill. The restaurant is a disaster, even a mother does it a hundred times better. We asked to see the manager at reception, explaining our dissatisfaction, the receptionist told us that the next day we could see the manager but the next day no one came to see us (the managers are very courageous). We were happy for this Valentine's Day to have a 4 star hotel and well it was a failure. We will never return to this hotel.
