It has exceeded our expectations!! We have spent 8 days with All Inclusive and it has been a fantastic vacation. The hotel lacks nothing. Excellent cleanliness, excellent facilities, and very friendly staff. The food is also quite good. The only thing that we believe can be improved is the offer of entertainment activities to the Spanish public. They turn a lot to foreigners and Spanish animation remains in the background. If this would improve, it would be amazing. As for Trip's customer service, give them a 10, since when we arrived at the hotel they told us that our daughter was not included in the reservation (despite the fact that the reservation was well made) and they made us pay almost an additional €700 for the girl and from the moment one Trip has responded very well, solving the problem quickly and with unbeatable attention. In less than a week Trip has paid all the expenses for this inconvenience and they have refunded me 100% of the amount that the hotel made me pay to be able to check in my daughter. 1. Out of all the accommodations we stayed in during our 10-day trip to Spain, it was the most expensive but the worst 2. I paid in advance (including breakfast), but I went to check-in, but I said there was no payment, and I stood there for over 30 minutes. At this time, it was around 9:30 p.m. 3. Reservation details + card details + receipts, etc. are printed and shown. The staff tried to resolve it with the reservation company, but it didn't go well. He said he was sorry and said to go to bed, got the key and went to the room (moved by car) 4. I received two keys, but both of them opened the door. My husband got in the car and went to the front desk again to get them, but in the meantime, another one was missing. 5. I have to go to breakfast the next day, but no one contacted me to see if it was resolved or not. Since the hotel reservation company settled with the hotel, they said to go eat. 6. On the 1st day, after breakfast, they asked me to pay, and they said it was included, so they said yes. 7. On the 2nd day, I was leaving after breakfast, but the staff chased me out and asked me to pay. 8. I'm sorry when I check out, nothing to say

The staff there were so nice and friendly! I booked a room on an upper floor and everything was nice, except for the bathroom. I have no idea why they placed the toilet stool separately from the bathroom, and the room for the stool was so tiny. There was also dust flying from the ventilator when I closed the door. But what I liked the most was the shampoo and body lotion provided in the room. They were all from the Holand brand Rituals, so nice and refreshing after taking a shower or a bath.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the attractions, with beautiful views facing the sea, and a popular rooftop restaurant. The downside is that it does not have its own dedicated parking lot, and the public parking lot that provides services is not far away, but it takes a long detour and is difficult to find.

The room we set is not marked as -1 floor. It is obviously a basement with windows. The front desk is not good. It is said that there is no other room. We arrived in the middle of the night and arrived in the early morning. There is no way to live. The sewer smell is very serious. To be honest, how clean can the basement be? Hotel external environment is good

We stayed in the suite, it is magnificent, you can hear the sea in the room, spectacular views on the beachfront.

After all, it’s an old hotel but there’s a beautiful terrace. There’s a small door to the beach. The beach is very close. The hotel has a lift. Breakfast is good. The room is large and there are two large sofas. The afternoon weather is hot and the room is very nice. The terrace is very nice. There are many tables and chairs, and many of the equipment are generally satisfactory.

Very old school hotel (Bit dated) Yeah! needs a face lift. But location wise was superb. Right in the centre and just walking distance from Torremolinos Train Station. Beautiful views from the top floor overlooking the Mediterranean Ocean. The room was small and bed was awful. Staffs were very friendly. Not recommended.
