Truly squalid place in every way, starting from the dingy rooms with disconnected plugs and dangerous for children! The dinner menu served on a piece of waste paper with first and second courses that I have never seen, not even with all due respect, in nursing homes for the elderly (tortellini in broth in August), etc., swimming pools closed despite the rough sea! Really bad location without any entertainment! TRULY AVOID! Mostly rude and surly manager who himself answered the phone at the time of booking without giving real information on the structure, but just a handful of ********! MISLEADING PLACE, THE PHOTOS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE REALITY! Only positive thing, hairdryer in the bathroom.

Then Mrs Maria Pia is top notch, always ready to resolve all the holidaymakers' requests.....then we move to the Gabbiano. hotel on the beach ideal for families with not too large swimming pool next to a hydromassage large beach with beautiful sea all managed by 4 super professional and very attentive lifeguards Marinella Adelaide Vito and Fabio.... excellent restaurant very good food young waiters but with a lot of experience and kindness, the very professional maitre is able to manage events (weddings, baptisms, etc.) at the same time as the service for the hotel guests. Congratulations to all the staff. Let's move on to the sweet and friendly entertainers. I have known some of them for three years. They are also very young but expert. to involve and introduce the holidaymakers among us, the only thing that I was so sorry about was that they removed the net to play beach volleyball, a very pleasant and fun time that we had... not the fault of the structure but due to a municipal ordinance, it's fine patience, I hope to return next year, thanks always to all of you who work for us

Excellent hotel, friendly staff and above all excellent cuisine. The possibility of choosing between meat and fish dishes was convenient and was given via a menu provided every evening on the table. Waiters always courteous and available even with children's needs. Equally kind were the entertainment staff and lifeguards, who were always present and attentive both on the beach and in the pool.
