Great and clean facility with a (distant) sea view. Excellent in-house restaurant with a really friendly hostess, who made us feel comfortable and joined us in laughter (even though our Italian is ‘inesistente’ and her English is not much better). Fun to communicate with hands & feet . Rest of the staff also very friendly. We had a comfortable and enjoyable 2 day stay!

The hotel is really old and passed its best times. We booked the room facing the road. Upon receiving the key I asked if there were any upgrades possible. No upgrades were available. We came to the room and it was very average. The room was very old and humid. From humidity it had a smell that made it hard to breath. We turned on AC and left the room for couple of hours to cool down and possible get rid off smell and humidity. When we came back there was no change. It was obvious that AC was not effective at all. We couldn’t imagine sleeping there. Thus, we left the place and had to book something else in the area. It was a waste of money but at least not the waste of vacation.

I'm a travel agente and I would warmly recommend this Hotel Raffael ! What impress me more than anything else is the atmosphere! This Hotel has something special, I don't know if you have never felt inmediately like at home, perhaps is the kindness of people working here or because they are all from locale village with a genuine spirit of hospitality and warm welcome. Also,I had dinner at Nautilus restaurant and food Is yummy yummy yummy!! Don't miss it!

Room not great as it gave onto the road at the back. All super clean however, Polk & garden great, friendly helpful staff. Lovely breakfast, & super location very close to magnificent beach, grocers & restaurants. Loungers available in tree lovely garden to enjoy the pool

Lovely hotel but the beach is a good 10-15 min walk. Nice airy rooms, well-kept and clean! The restaurant serves good food and breakfast was always yummy. However the restaurant could do with a fly air-barrier on the windows/patio doors as so many flies around food was annoying. The pool is a great plus! We enjoyed our stay here in August 2017!

Tutto perfetto! Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite vista mare. Camera spaziosissima (compreso il bagno CON finestra), luminosa e ariosa, bellissima vista mare e il terrazzino con doppia vista è un plus. Bella la piscina e anche il giardino. Personale gentilissimone colazione top. Ottima posizione a due passi dalla spiaggia si Putzu Idu che è un gioiello

È stato il nostro primo soggiorno in questa struttura. Personale molto accogliente e professionale. Tutto seguito con cura. Anche il trattamento di mezza pensione presso il sottostante ristorante Nautilus è assolutamente da consigliare. Ci auguriamo di poterci tornare in vacanza anche il prossimo anno.

Piccolo hotel un po' isolato rispetto alla spiaggia (comunque non bellissima) di Putzu Idu. Hotel un po' lasciato andare, senza particolare cura dei particolari. Mancanza di un luogo dedicato per le biciclette, nonostante il prezzo elevato. Camere buone ma -ripeto- rapporto prezzo qualità insoddisfacente. Ristorante con cucina abbastanza buona, anche se un po' caro. Colazione accettabile, ma non ottima rispetto a hotel 4 stelle simili. Piscina piuttosto piccola.
