The location is very good, easy access from the nain highway, out of the town centre but just minutes from it. The rooms are comfortable, we had to remind to the reception to supply the safe (which had not been installed) as well as bathroom amenities and tissues. The breakfast, served on the top floor under the roof, is really extremely modest: no choices of bread, cheese or jams, a few canned juices and that is all. Need improvement.

A 4 star hotel (price) but services provided were poor. From the service provided I think the hotel is mainly interested in frequent business travellers (rather than occasional tourists). We complained about A/C not working (not pleasant staying in a room with fixed 29C in August), the mini fridge wasn’t working. I travel a lot for business and family reasons (mostly 4 stars hotels) and if a customer complaints about the room, then an alternative room must be found. It’s unacceptable to spend 3 days in a room without A/C (it was cooler outside) and the mini fridge must be fixed if broken. Something else is related to the swimming pool, probably used mainly for weddings as it’s left on its own and it wasn’t very clean. On the plus side; the restaurant is very good. I would not recommend this hotel to occasional travellers

Un tuffo nel passato ricordando la mia infanzia vissuta a Melfi col proprietario che è una persona cordiale e disponibile. Cibo ottimo e prezzi alla portata di tutti. E' stato un caso o destino non so ma abbiamo passato una bella serata. Consigliato. Ottima pizza e buonissima la tagliata.

A equipe é extremamente mal educada, desde a chegada até a saída. A sensação é de que o hotel foi reformado para melhorar, porém decadente. A limpeza deixou a desejar e o restaurante embora bom, o garçom confundiu as comandas e cobraram errado na saída. Péssima experiência.

Albergo molto bello esteriormente, con ampi spazi e tono elegante internamente. Le camere sono spaziose, senza uno stile preciso nell'arredamento. Bagno funzionale, ma con illuminazione decisamente scarsa. Colazione con varie pecche: niente pane fresco, macedonia in scatola, solo mele come frutta fresca. Grosso problema la temperatura: l'aria condizionata non era ancora in funzione e abbiamo trovato una camera caldissima (27 gradi) con l'unica possibilità di tenere la finestra aperta. Assolutamente non da quattro stelle
