Club Esse Shardana

The accomodation was lovely, the veiws and location absolutely incredible and the staff did everything possible to make our stay wonderful. Special mentions go out to Franco Randazzo and all his staff in the restaurant who looked after us impeccably. The food was varied and delicious and I strongly reccomend the selection of Sardinian red wine! (Also fondly remembered are Selena always with a lovely smile, Nirvana fan and his tray-spinning excellence and soon-to-be-Dad from Nigeria). Thank you all for your joyful professionalism and hard work in making our stay perfect. The entertainment team, headed by Roberto 'the Voice', enriched our experience no end. He made every effort to include us in the fun with a variety of events which catered for all ages. We believe his events programme encouraged and inspired our boys to be more socially confident and outgoing. Roberto even met us with farewell croissants as we left at 6am (!) - this man is totally committed. His team were similarly dedicated and I particularly enjoyed the 'Aqua Gym' sessions which were both effectively and gracefully delivered despite the language barrier between us. I would highly reccomend these sessions as they really got your body pumping, meaning you could indulge that little more later guilt-free. Santa Theresa Gallura, the nearby town, has everything you need and we particularly enjoyed the 'Living' cafe bar in Tempio (1hr drive away). Although, you didnt really need to ever leave Club Esse; The rooms were comfortable, plenty of little nooks accross the complex to sit and relax in, the beach nearby (literally next to the hotel) is perfect for sunbathing and snorkelling and there are drinks and food available on site. Finally, i need to mention Sardinia itself - the rock-strewn landscape, the sometimes wild and other times serenely calm, crystal clear sea, the clear blue sky overhead. This land is so, so very beautiful. Many happy family memories were made here and we hope to return one day to make more.

Lovely place and very nice people, espacially Franco who was very dedicated. The room was fine and the food pretty good. I recommand the Shardana hotel. There were also a shuttle avaible each day to go to the nearest city Santa Teresa.

Maître Franco and his stuff know how to deliver the combination of quality food and perfect service. The beaches Reparata and Ponente are free of charge and beautiful. The free shuttle to Santa Teresa is a sign of perfect service. Roberto and his entertainment staff were very funny and always tried to entertain you. Its the first time in my life that I would say: perfect holiday

Excellent hôtel! Food is very good, enjoyed by adults and children at every meal, the variety is good and the quality is excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with a special mention for the fantastic animation team who never seem to sleep and are always proposing activities, games and shows without being invasive. My youngest will definitely miss Roberto and Emilian. The site is just gorgeous with views you could never get tired of. Wonderful holiday would definitely come back!

The location of this hotel is magical and we were happy to get there initially. We checked in and your receptionist said he is there 24 hours for us. He made us wear some arm bands and said we need to prepay a card to buy anything in the premises. These are very untrustworthy practices which made us question the quality of the place. However we said Ok and asked where the well advertised private beach was. We were told it is private but we had to pay for it extra 20 euros. We asked for a wifi code. We were told it only worked in reception and it is a complicated process. It took my husband 15 min to get wifi and i could not manage to get it at all. We thought the password was suitable for a military base rather than a holiday resort. We went to our room. It had no day light other than the door. The window had no curtain and it was facing the walkway so the blinds were pulled down to avoid people looking in. The bed and the few pieces of equipment looked very old and tired. It was like a box room when you closed the door. You had to close the door because of mosquitoes. There was no dinner unless you booked full board. The receptionist had no intention or ability to provide service to the guests. We had two days of booking at your hotel but we decided we couldn't stay anymore. We told we will leave a day early and returned the keys.

The welcome was good the staff was good and nice when we came .the restaurant was really nice the food is really good. the night there is a show every night it’s really good and fun. the talk every languages french,english , german and italien of course 😂but it’s really nice to stay a week even 2
