Struttura situata in una zona tranquilla e in mezzo a delle migliori spiagge della zona. Personale simpatico, preparato e accogliente, peccato per la struttura che presenta segni di abbandono a se stessa. Camere nella norma della pulizia e grandezza, bagno notevolmente sotto la norma per manuntenzione ( flessibile della doccia completamente rotto e acqua che fuori usciva dappertutto), e telecomando del climatizzatore senza pile. Peccato perchè la struttura in se ha delle grosse potenzialità, ma per via di una mal manutenzione queste potenzialità rimarranno sempre all'oscuro.

We stayed for 10 days in this village, a village full of fun! The services offered are well looked after, excellent cleaning of the rooms always precise, the kitchen could be improved but not bad. Excellent reception service, super available at any time and every need was satisfied. Top entertainment, a special praise to Samuele who made us spend the holiday with a smile, always kind, polite and very entertaining so much so that we could never say no to him!

Generally, for people who want to visit Sardinia, there is probably no more beautiful sea and beach that can be found here, and even the beach located next to the hotel is beautiful, although it is almost 2 kilometers from the hotel. There is a bus, but it runs irregularly and that's the problem. Then, if you want to come here, you should only do it on your own with a rented car, not with any Itaka that offers ridiculous All Inclusive, but those are the things, + Room cleaning, silence, peace. Bus to the beach, if not that there are several siestas during the day - Location No wifi Poor communication No shops Poor "all inclusive" so it is better to choose options without all-in Small selection of vegetarian dishes and the hotel advertises that it has such dishes, I am not talking about salads, the food is monotonous, no fresh fruit, vegetables and desserts Beach towels too much extra charge 6€ for measurable towels which gives 42€ per week for clean towels, probably a lot for an All-in holiday Noisy by the pool - hotel for Italians on summer camps Strange - worse treatment of customers from all inclusive Assigned room at the maximum edge Serving drinks in plastic cups Dummy TV, there was a TV but not connected, no cable

A premise for the club they...don't answer please. Use your time to check out the facility and hire competent staff. Thanks Terrible experience!!!!! I stayed for two weeks. Upon arrival they give you the keys (You have to find the room yourself) and you find an old and dirty room with the smell of mold!! and maybe even pee from the dogs that previously lived in the room. Complete with tufts of hair under the beds!!! Let's leave aside the bathroom. It's disgusting. They do the cleaning at 4pm with a drop of dirty, black water in the bucket where they have previously passed other rooms. Duration to clean a room of five people 2 minutes including the bathroom and without using detergent. Spiders and ants everywhere. The lesser of the evils is the wild boar poop on the landing. I went to reception to ask if they would come to remove the spiders and ants but after a whole day and two complaints, no one showed up. So I took the car and went to buy spider and ant spray!!!!! As shown by the photos I attach, I took photos both in the living room and in the room on the first day and during the holiday. The floor in the '"CANTEEN"' lounge, NO OFFENSE TO THE CANTEENS. It had never been washed. The cobwebs and the dirt on the tablecloths under the paper ones were getting worse. VOMITING. There were five of us. And we never managed to eat together. Endless queues for the first courses where the director was there to serve the pasta!!!!!! I think the director should hire the competent people to serve (and not him) and the Director should go around checking everyone the services, on the other hand, are all up in the air and all in the utmost economy. I asked the pizza gentleman if he would give me five pieces of pizza so as not to have to queue five times but there was nothing towards the children who had to queue to get them. a slice of pizza!!! Seconds were better when the blonde lady Francesca was there... only for the service she gave... because the food was really of poor quality. Even the peas looked like bullets. The pasta was always hard and full of water. In the dining room, Cristian was one of the very few who, when there were no more tables and you had plates in your hands and couldn't sit down, would clear the table for you and re-set the table which in the meantime was shrouded in flies. Are we talking about the pastry chef? Nooooo, come on, look at the photo of the cake table and you'll realize.....I'm just telling you that the (frozen) cake was mushy on the plate. Sardinian evening??? I ask for pork chops and he gives me half a head. He tells me they are the same and he got confused🤦. Non-Sardinian olives, cheese and spicy salami from Eurospin. The haidi milk of Germany. Fruit shrouded in flies. The melon ran out before half lunch, watermelon ditto... I don't think such a structure can buy 3 melons and four watermelons. Staff giving food without gloves and without headphones..

Splendid place, helpful staff and AMAZING entertainment! Thanks to this place we had a wonderful and relaxing holiday, enjoying every moment. Our 3 year old couldn't wait to go and do the baby dance (never done before) and to see the evening show. I'm not a fan of animations, in fact I usually try to avoid any involvement, but the boys led by village chief Cosimo Pasqua were fantastic, never intrusive, friendly, helpful and artistically engaging. The staff at Club Esse are super helpful, excellent and plentiful food, smiling and kind kitchen staff, spacious, very clean rooms and comfortable beds. A HOLIDAY TO ABSOLUTELY REPEAT!
