Dopo una visita alla necropoli prenuragica di Sant' Andrea Priu, siamo andati a pranzo in questo meraviglioso agriturismo in mezzo al verde. Entrando ci è sembrato di essere in famiglia, con la cuoca che ci ha deliziato con dei buonissimi ravioli fritti di pecora accompagnati dal vermentino. Il pranzo è stato una continua scoperta di sapori della cucina sarda, tra antipasti di verdure e carne, taglieri di salumi e formaggi, oltre al primo fatto con il pane-pasta zichi e il porceddu per secondo. Per concludere il seadas, tipico dolce sardo. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Splendida struttura bellissimo ruscello posto curato ..cibo ottimo buonissimo pane zichi al sugo...piatto tipico...ma non meno importanti i tanti antipasti e il maialetto...inoltre dal punto di vista umano bravissime e gentilissime persone Alessandro e Piera ..due giorni indimenticabili...ci torneremo senz altro prima o poi

Rientrati oggi dalle vacanze, penso a tutti i ristoranti nei quali abbiamo mangiato tra i tanti, nei nostri giri in terra Sarda e credo che Sas Abbilas sia stata l'esperienza gastronomica Numero Uno ! Anzitutto il posto : Grandioso , in mezzo al verde , con il ruscelletto; prato, fiori e piante ben curate, davvero un piccolo angolo di paradiso. L'accoglienza e la gentilezza dei titolari, sincera, sentita, ne troppo invadente, ne troppo fredda, davvero piacevole; ottimo anche il servizio ai tavoli. E poi la cucina, godimento autentico dall'inizio alla fine. Affettati e verdure incredibilmente buone; il primo di pasta con il pane Zichi, straordinario. Poi la pecora... tra le più buone che abbia mai mangiato, ma non solo in Sardegna. Infine il maialetto anch'esso.. livello altissimo. Seadas anch'essa molto buona, sopra la norma. Prezzi onesti, insomma, se dovessimo tornare per altri giri in Sardegna, questo agriturismo per noi sarebbe una tappa certa. Complimenti da Andrea e Sowmya (dalla valle bergamasca).

Pranzo con la famiglia in una location bellissima immersa nel verde e nelle campagne del Logudoro. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. La cucina è eccellente, tutto ottimo, le materie prime tutte di loro produzione sapientemente cucinate dagli stessi proprietari. È uno dei migliori agriturismo in cui sia stato!

È un posto che scegli quando hai bisogno di riconnetterti a Madre Natura. Arrivando si vedono subito gli orti ed i puledrini con i cavalli. Appena si scende dalla macchina i cani ed i gatti vengono a salutare e poi i sorrisi di Antonello e Simonetta, le delizie culinarie di Ilaria e Piera (anche senza glutine!) che hanno profumo di coccole, condite dalle risate con Sig. Vincenzo. Le ,per ora,due camere,sono spaziose,comode e con bagno finestrato privato. Le stanze hanno doppia finestra con bellissime tende sarde, aria condizionata e bellissimi mobili antichi. Il silenzio, i grilli con le cicale ed il ruscello che fanno da sottofondo per leggere un bel libro. L'inquinamento INESISTENTE ed un bellissimo prato, fanno si che si possano ammirare le stelle ed una parte della via lattea nella notte. Il fresco e l'aria pulita, il bagno nel ruscello... Un posto splendido, altro che crociere! Non vediamo l'ora di poter tornare!

Een heerlijk verblijf bij lieve gastvrije mensen op een super mooie rustige plek. Het is alsof je "opgenomen wordt". Een prima plek om ook allerlei uitstapjes te gaan maken. Het eten en drinken is gul en heel authentiek en komt van de eigen omgeving. We hebben er van genoten. Kitty & Frans.
