Comfortable room, cleanliness very well, location well, bus stop nearby both to go downtown and to go to the airport.

simple and clean room. Very satisfied with short stay. The cat is super cute. Definitely recommend.

The good sides: easy check in, great location, beautiful lounge, room is modern. There’s smart TV. Bad sides: No side lamp and they promised to put in a bulb but didn’t follow up. The light switches were near the door. There is a constant water running noise all the time even through out the night. And the cleaners make a lot of loud noises from around 7:30-8:00am, banging on walls and equipment, talking loudly. I extended my stay in Seville but found a better and cheaper alternative at an even better location. So no, not coming back. A good building and nice decor but service lacks consideration.

It is easy find, looks new and stylish. Only problem is the bathroom stinks…. Not sure if it’s the toilet or the sewage pipe or the water heater in the shower(?) it just stinks and smelled like literal poop…. Had the keep the bathroom door shut the whole time, can’t say I enjoyed the stay here, mainly because of this problem. The price is fair tho. Also just beware that there’re no USB ports in the room.

Очень милые, гостеприимные люди. Хулия, огромное спасибо за тёплый приём и заботу. У меня был одноместный номер. Идеальная чистота. В нем всё необходимое вплоть до тапочек. Чайник, кофе, чай. Очень вкусный, прекрасно сервированный завтрак. Фрукты, чай, вода все было в свободном доступе круглосуточно. Единственный минус для меня это ширина кровати. Мне была маленькая. Но я высокого роста). И возможно будет немного шумно ночью, если будут громкие соседи. Но все решаемо. Спасибо!

Complejo de apartamentos en zona comercial muy tranquila, instalaciones nuevas; personal muy preparado en cuestión de idiomas y muy profesionales y agradables. El apartamento estaba limpio y contaba con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Sin duda volveré a alojarme allí.
