This is a beautiful place, run by a beautiful faimly, modern and very very well kept! The views are astonishing, set menu is extremely tasty, pool and rooms is very clean, owners are very caring and attentive. There is not one thing which I would change about it.

Excellent place to relax and unwind. Very clean and the food is delicious. Perfect location and tranquil, looking at Mount Etna from the room. Hotel staff makes you feel like part of their family. Missing every moment of our stay. Will definitely return.

There is not enough stars to rate this wonder beautiful place. The owners were so kind and helpful. Although we cannot speak Italian. The husband and wife did everything they could with their limited English to help us visit the surrounding countryside which was amazing. The facility is spotless. The pool was amazing. But what really would make me come back again and again is the food. We ate two times with our kids. The food that the owners serve you was out of this world. I can’t remember food tasting this good. They also have amazing local wines on site that blow your men and they have great suggestions for pairing. All major tourist cities are a short drive away from this oasis. What else can you ask for. The owners treat you like family. It was hands down the best food, hotel we stayed at on our 2 week tour across Sicily.

We had a great stay at La Mela di Venere, located a few kilometers from Siracusa. This family run agriturismo is a gem of tranquility! A beautiful place, located in the countryside. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Salvo and Giuliana took very good care of our needs … they are so welcoming and helpful. The delicious food is outstanding … cooked to perfection. A really nice experience. An agriturismo to recommend without hesitation!

We have been to this place for the first time on recommendations of our friends. It was a lovely experience. Giuliana and Salvo are amazing hosts. Their food is to die for. The place is very clean and they have a lovely pool. Rooms very spacious and modern.

The place is beautiful set in a quaint area surrounded by greenery. The owners are very helpful and the rooms are spacious, clean and with an A/C. You can opt for a bed & breakfast but also you can choose to eat in the evening. The agriturismo is set with a pool with a great view.

We spent a week in this lovely location. Owners are very nice, the property has very spacious and clean rooms and there is a large swimming pool. Excellent food and one must definitely try the pomegranate juice during the lovely breakfast. To be recommended.

We stayed for three nights whilst touring the area. A very friendly and helpful welcome. Modern well appointed quiet rooms, a great pool area with lovely views. The food was superb with the best pastries and imaginative and very tasty main meals. Highly recommended and thank you Gillian’s and Salvo for a great stay.

A memorable family vacation - the hosts are simply the kindest hosts we have ever encountered. They try to accommodate your every single need to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The food is abundantly and freshly prepared on request and the breakfast is adequate for Sicily standards. The pool area is simply magnificent. The agriturismo is close to the other most popular localities. The rooms are very modern and kept very clean and the AC works perfectly as well :) Our whole family, ages ranging from 80 to 11, cannot recommend this place enough! Just go ahead and book :)
