Francesca is rude and condescending. We were also misinformed about the amenities at the hotel when we directly contacted the hotel before the stay and asked about them. Why would you lie to me when I am asking a straight-forward question about what is available at your accommodation? The question was about my parents dietary restrictions, and I was told that certain foods will be available. It turned out that they were not. My father was forced to eat dry bread every breakfast for the whole stay, which is not ideal before a whole day of skiing. I am truly disappointed and will not go back.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights around New Year's Eve The location is excellent, less than 10 minutes (with ski boots) from the Catinaccio ski lifts and less than 5 from the ski bus stop. The room is comfortable and clean, the only problem is that the wifi only receives 60% but I checked and this only concerns my room. The hotel has an important private shuttle service for guests that takes you to the Vigo and Pozza ski lifts connected to the Sellaronda; it also offers a sauna and private parking. A plus is the restaurant service, both for breakfast and dinner. The very friendly and helpful service make this 3-star hotel highly recommended

Abbiamo trascorso la settimana del Capodanno all’hotel Latemar! Che dire…semplicemente tutto FAVOLOSO! Camere funzionali e ben pulite! Disponibilità del personale e dei proprietari da rimanere piacevolmente colpiti ogni volta. Un cenone squisito e particolare. Titta un vero chef! Gabriele ragazzo d’oro che ci ha trasportato col pulmino per portarci e riprenderci dagli impianti. Spa piccola ma carina e utile per riscaldarsi dopo una giornata di sci! Manca solo una vasca idromassaggio per essere il top. Quando si dice TUTTO PERFETTO, d’ora in poi penserò al Latemar! Grazie di cuore per questo settimana splendida!

Excellent hotel met zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met zeer ruime keuze. Avondmaal bestaat weerom uit een zeer uitgebreid buffet met dagverse warme en koude groenten. Dagelijkse pizza- punten zijn overheerlijk. Verder keuze-menu uit 3 voorgerechten, 3 hoofdschotels en een aantal nagerechten. Nog een echt familiehotel met vader als kok, moeder verzorgt mee de kamers, dochter is verantwoordelijk voor receptie en algemeen management en de zoon brengt de gasten van en naar de pistes met het hotel-busje. Zeer familiale en vriendelijke bediening. We komen hier al vele jaren vanuit België en het wordt precies nog elk jaar beter en aangenamer. Bennie

Esperienza complessivamente molto positiva. Il punto più forte di tutto il soggiorno senza dubbio la scelta della camera Sissi: ampia, con un balcone e una finestra panoramica, due ambienti separati di cui uno con salottino, due bagni e finalmente una cabina armadio che nasconde tutto il disordine che si crea con i bagagli montanari! Ben illuminata e riscaldata nel giusto modo, l'abbiamo sempre trovata molto pulita e ordinata al nostro ritorno dalle piste. I letti sono molto comodi, cosa per niente scontata! Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Grazie!!

Abbiamo soggiornato a fine gennaio con la famiglia,siamo rimasti contenti dell'Hotel. Camera bella ampia,pulita,mangiare buono e personale molto gentile Abbiamo apprezzato la cortesia di tutti i membri della famiglia con particolare apprezzamento per Gabriele,figlio del proprietario che accompagna con il pulmino agli impianti,sempre carino e disponibile Unico consiglio che possiamo dare è forse aumentare una portata in piu a cena per dare maggiore scelta al clienti. Ho soggiornato per 5 giorni a cavallo del capodanno 2025 in questo hotel con il servizio di mezza pensione, scevo una confortevole camera singola pulita e ben organizzata. Di questo hotel mi ha colpito particolarmente il servizio di ristorazione e il rapporto qualità prezzo. Altro plus é il servizio navetta da e per gli impianti messo a disposizione dall’hotel. Ho apprezzato molto anche l’ottima qualità e cortesia del personale. Hotel assolutamente consigliato

Bell'hotel..si mangia bene..tranquillo..in posizione perfetta per andare a fare camminate ,escursioni..praticamente in centro ...molto vicina la funivia ...una bella settimana...tutto lo staff molto simpatico e gentile....provare per credere
