Randall House was everything we had hoped it would be- comfortable, cheerful , and centrally located. The room was clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed drinking coffee and reading on the sunporch and the two side decks. The breakfast room was sunny and offered an ample spread every morning, and we appreciated the coffee/tea setup. Don was friendly, welcoming, and immediately made us feel right at home. He answered our questions and shared resources and recommendations throughout our stay. We are already looking forward to a return visit!

Stayed for the 40th Anniversary of Women's Week 2024. Our party of 8 had 4 rooms in the main house & my partner and I (along with our 2 dogs) stayed in Cottage 2. The cottage was EXCELLENT, very comfy and felt like home. Decor was warm and inviting. Friends loved their rooms. One block from Commercial (C'MON!!!) Don was the best host, from start to finish. We're already looking forward to next year.

The room was clean, and Don, the innkeeper was very friendly. The continental breakfast included pastries from a local bakery. Centrally located and parking was convenient. Would definitely stay there again. If you don't like stairs, be sure to get a room on the first floor.

A welcoming atmosphere with some warm touches. Don was helpful and made us feel comfortable. The cost was quite reasonable and included a delicious breakfast. Met some great people and enjoyed talking in the bistro room. We will be back at some point!

Great accommodation right in the center of town within walking distance of many venues and restaurants. Included parking is a definite plus. Don is a most gracious and helpful host. Very nice continental breakfast. Loved the enclosed front porch with its morning sun and view of Bradford Street.

I needed a chill, relaxing getaway. And the John Randall House proved to be an excellent choice. Just off the center of downtown Provincetown I was a few minutes walk from anywhere I wanted to go in town. And it was very handily located next door to a bicycle rental for the times I wanted to venture a little further (such as the beach). It’s a beautiful, cozy home. Very comfortable room. And Don was a gracious and attentive host.

For the past few summers I have tried to book one of the 2 cottages at the John Randall House, but the timing never worked out. This year, I got lucky and it was worth the wait! The location is perfect- centrally located, but a block up from the crowds and noise. And the cottages are hidden behind a tall fence, so they are private. Each one has a small deck in front- great for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Inside, you want for nothing- the Rising Sun cottage has washer/dryer, dishwasher, and everything else you might need. Plus, the artwork is fabulous. Last, but not least, Don is a terrific host. This was a terrific Ptown stay!

Great spot near the center of town. Host was warm and welcoming. Good coffee and comfortable common areas. Comfortable. Will no longer have to pack beach towels. Nice comfortable outdoor spaces and enclosed porch overlooking Bradford Street.

Don was very helpful with all instructions. The house and our room were clean and attractively decorated. The best part was how centrally located it was to restaurants, shopping and activities such as whale watching. They had easy access getting into town and parking. We would definitely stay again.
