Absolutely terrible customer service all around. Due to their website's error, it booked 2 nights for the day I was booking, not for the dates I'd entered. When I called asking them to cancel/refund me for their error, they refused. I spoke with and emailed with 3 different rude and unhelpful people. If that's not enough, read the other reviews about bedbugs, noise, and sketchy vicinity. Steer clear of these people, they're just out for your money.
