Coming from Ukraine as a paramedic being wounded, I was treated very poorly. I got some help with finding a Doctor, but the staff at the reception was in good terms, rude and unpolite. It was not even possible to get a cup of cofee. Stay clear of this place, they managed to break my luggage, but have not even replied to the request I have emailed them. They are now sucking out money from Organizations trying to help in Ukraine

Location near the main road doesn't make just the best impression, but a bit of garden around make it better. Interior looks really nice and the personnel is customer friendly. The whole spa is suited for families with kids. Quite free style organised. Sauna with swimming suite dressed only is not really the right way, but local people like it apparently. Considering all services Included and the price, it's really alright. A bit 90ties retro, but I enjoyed it. However, I didn't sleep well. No noise from the road nor kids etc. I was just lucky for some strange repeating noise like a bee in tube or something wrong with installation, twice per minute! It started app. at 21:00 and personnel was able to manage it just at 05:30, what was a pity, but I consider this as an exceptional case.

Had the imprudence to rent this hotel for the night with my wife and 6 year old child. From the very moment of check-in until the moment of check-out, all the staff, except for Roman, were rude and behaved very arrogantly. I highly recommend not staying at this place.

I flew from Montreal, Canada to Warsaw, Poland with the goal to come and see my parents at Ternopil, Ukraine. Unfortunately, due to war, it was not safe. My parents and me, we decided to meet at Pologne city Przemysl, near the Ukranian Border. I saw at Trip Adviser nice feedback about this hotel My experience at this hotel was much more than expected: All stff is very kind & helpful His owner Yuriy assums that all guest were comfortables. This hotel is nicely decorated // Vintage style. Tetyana, a lovely Yuriy wife, wos hotel interior designer. Food was so amazing (I took brekfast & dinner (=super in Canada meaning)) New Year Celebration was at big salon, with beautiful Christmass decoration. We had lovely food, so big choice of bufet, live music, charming salute for New Year begining. I plan to come back to this hotel in one week to meet again my lovely parents.

A room without the possibility of darkening. With a large skylight in the ceiling so that at 8am light enters and it is impossible to sleep. 2 lazy chairs. Not a table. No comfort. A bathroom in very poor condition. The spa with cold water… and the jacuzzi did not work.
